THE STEPS
01 THE LEGAL STUFF
You need two documents for a real estate agent to sell your home:
• A contract for sale prepared by a solicitor or conveyancer
• A signed agency agreement with your chosen agent. Before anything else, you must ensure you have these.

COMMUNICATION IS KEY
Once you have agreed to list with us, we create a Whatsapp group with our sellers and our team where we will base all of our communication throughout the sale. This ensures all communication is in one easy place!

PREPARE YOUR HOME
This is when we encourage you to de-clutter/ de-personalise the home, complete repairs/ maintenance, painting, cleaning and get quotes/ advice on styling.

METHOD OF SALE
The method of sale is decided before launching your marketing campaign, as it shapes your strategy and impacts how buyers engage. Your agent will recommend the best option based on market conditions, your goals, and the property itself.
TO LISTING
PREPARE YOUR HOME
This part of the process is entirely free! We utilise our great social media skills, combined with our database reverse buyer-matching to conduct “premarket” viewings with qualified buyers.
Once an offer is accepted (outside of auction), your legal representative will handle the contract exchange and coordinate with all parties right through to settlement and key handover.
OFFER ACCEPTED ON THE MARKET
This is when we have launched across the main portals and the fun begins. From here you will be informed with feedback from every inspection and open home until a price is offered that meets your expectations and satisfaction.
PHASE TWO MARKETING
This is where we schedule in the marketing assets; photos, floor-plan, drone photography, copywriter, and videography. Once we have created your marketing campaign - website listing, signboard, brochures, and DLs, we are ready to launch.
