Main: Homemade Jerk Seasoning on your choice of Pork Tenderloin or Salmon Braid, Served with Rice & Peas, fried plantain, and steamed greens with pancetta

GREEK FEAST Appetizer: Homemade Spanakopita Phyllo Cups Whipped Feta Dip, with Olive Tapenade, and crostini

Main: Chicken Roulade with Roasted Peppers & Feta. Cod with tomato confit. Greek potatoes. Lemon Rice Pilaf, warmed pita, and fresh greek village salad.

EACH EXPERIENCE INCLUDES All food purchased from a reputable supplier, and sourced as discussed. Off-site preparation + onsite service & clean-up of food supplies and personal materials only. All tools, utensils & cookware to execute menu.

PRICING Based on Group size & menu choices. Non Refundable Deposit: 50% total due at time of booking. The Deposit is transferable for a future booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled date. Final Payment Due: 7 days prior to booking *Please note, HST & Gratuity is not included in quote.

Alcohol One Blonde Chef does not offer alcohol at any of the parties provided. Hosts will be responsible for providing and paying for any alcoholic beverages they wish to provide for their guest. At no point is One Blonde Chef responsible for any activities or situations that may arise from the consumption of alcohol, and assumes no financial or personal responsibility.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations can be made at any point up to 72 prior to scheduled event. All deposits are non refundable, but are transferable until this cancellation time.

Confidentiality One Blonde Chef requests that any information regarding any portion of the planning including pricing, menu options and theme suggestions be kept confidential between the One Blonde Chef representative and the party host as named above. One Blonde Chef ensures that all personal information discussed at any point of the process will be used strictly for professional use at all times.

Payment Terms Non Refundable Deposit: $200 The Deposit is transferable for a future booking up to 72 hours before the scheduled date. Final Payment Due: October 17, 2020 *Please note, HST & Gratuity is not included in quote. HST will only be charged if invoice is requested.

Photography One Blonde Chef uses a variety of media forms to promote business. By signing this form you have agreed to allow One Blonde Chef to use pictures that may have been taken from your event and include them using any media form. At no point will One Blonde Chef include photos of the host or guests of the event unless a photographic release form has been completed.
