Job Description Our organization is seeking to hire a project coordinator who will be in charge of the “Caring for Life Education (CFL)” programme implementation in Greece. Caring for Life Education (CFL) is a unique six-year curriculum for all primary school years, developed by ACTAsia and managed by OMU in Greece, which encompasses social welfare and citizenship, animal welfare, environmental issues, and recognizes the interdependence of all living things. This position is for a (min.) 9-month contract which includes (but is not limited to): •
Coordinating the translations, adaptation, and design of all relevant materials
•
Organising a nationwide 5-week teacher training seminar online
•
Monitoring, evaluating, and reporting to all relevant stakeholders
This task involves administrative/communication support, contributing to the organization and sound implementation of the project. The candidate who will work on this exciting project will have administrative experience and communication skills, be competent in using Microsoft O ce and other applications (such as Canva, Zoom) and have exceptional verbal and written skills. Ensure material distribution to relevant parties

Maintain comprehensive documentation of project expenses and archive relevant papers (e.g., invoices)

Produce monitoring reports and manage project-related paperwork
•
Ensure all parts of the project are processed, organized, and progressing according to predetermined timelines and deliverable dates
•
Evaluate potential problems and develop solutions
