SIMILAR WITH THE DESIGN OF THE LANDSCAPE AND BUILDING OUR TEAM CONSIDERED THE ECONOMIC IMPLICATIONS OF THE SELF SUSTAINING ARTIST RESIDENCY PROPOSAL IN ASPECTS OF PEOPLE RESOURCES. TO FULLY PROPOSAL A SUCCESSFUL ARTIST RESIDENCY WE PROPOSED OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT FLOW STRUCTURES WHICH WOULD ALLOW THE SOCIO ECONOMIC EQUITY FOR ARTIST AND CAMBRIDGE POPULATIONS TO RETAIN THE PROPERTY AND ENVIRONMENTAL LONGEVITY. THIS INCLUDED FLEXIBLE UTILIZATION OF REATIL AND STUDIO RENTAL SPACES, TRAINING AND EQUIPPING THE COMMUNITY WITH MAINTENANCE TECHINICAL SKILLS AND A SCHEDULE, ENCOURAGE RESIDENCES TO ENGAGE IN THE LARGE CENTRAL SQUARE COMMUNITY ECONOMIC EXCHANGE WITH OUR STAKE HOLDERS AT CAMBRIDGES’ OWN BID ORGANIZATION, AS WELL AS ENCOURAGE SHARING PUBLIC SPACE WITH THE COMMUNITY AND SHARED MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE.
