We provide a fully managed service with skilled, experienced and some CIPP qualified staff, who deal with all aspects of the payroll operation. We work with many different sizes and sectors of business and administer their payroll, and auto-enrolment pension following HMRC and The Pensions Regulator (TPR) legislation and report all the necessary details to HMRC or pension provider each pay period.
All the necessary starters, leavers and other payroll changes required are processed according to instructions from the client for the necessary period, whether hourly or salaried, bonuses or benefits along with tax codes and student loans.
Statutory calculations and payments are carried out and reported as required by legislation each period, re-claiming from HMRC as required.
Payroll reports are provided to the employer through an Employer login to the payroll software ensuring that all details are securely retrieved. There’s a wide ranging number of reports and additional ones can be written as requested. All are available 24/7 when it is convenient to you. It is also here that you can authorise the payroll run.
Employees retrieve payslips via their personal login along with P45s, P60 and, pension letters.
National Minimum Wage is a large area of compliance, this is reviewed periodically to ensure that businesses are compliant with the current rates.
Auto-enrolment services are an important element of payroll. Workplace pensions are checked at the time of onboarding to ensure that the payroll and pension are aligned particularly checking tax relief. As an employer you are required to ensure that the chosen scheme is fit for purpose and reviewed regularly.
Employees will be automatically enrolled and legislative letters, opt in/outs and contributions are handled by the team each period. We will also upload the monthly contributions to the necessary pension provider.

We can handle TPR re-enrolment process which is mandated every three years by TPR.
Payrolling of benefits can be calculated through the payroll after the registration with HMRC, P11ds (where required) can be completed by the experienced wider team.
We can facilitate net employee payments through our partnership with an electronic money institution, faster payments are offered as standard for employees and HMRC. This process has dual authorisation with the client. We can also produce bank files, or our outsourced finance team, if engaged, can make the payments.
Payroll audits, holiday calculations and HMRC account reconciliations are possible however, these do not form part of our standard payroll service.
