We love the kitchen! We often entertain and cooking for a large group is fun and easy with all the room and the great layout. There is plenty of space to interact with guests while cooking and the bar area provides extra space for entertaining. We spend a lot of time all year around the fire pit and patio area. The rec room downstairs is a great space to have the kids play in or to play video games on the big screen tv. The large windows in the living room provide a great viewing area to watch all of the hummingbirds eat at the feeder we put up. The master suite is so quiet and relaxing, waking up next to the picture window overlooking the backyard is like waking up camping without the bugs. The best part of the ensuite is having the 6’ soaker tub. The established gardens and trees are lovely, they give us a real sense of privacy when we are sitting around the fire pit next to the pond and listening to the waterfall. Room to park RV or trailer without sacrificing any of the available parking spots. We love being so close to the Chase-Falkland recreational campsite, Joyce lake, and Pillar lake. The Ranch cafe is a great place to get brunch, and The Rock Eatery serves some of the best food we have ever eaten.

Asphalt/fibreglass shingles What is the service amperage of the electrical? 125amps How far away are the amenities, like the bank & grocery store? Are they within walking distance? The grocery store, post office, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Our favourite place for dinner in Falkland is The Rock Eatery. It’s owned by a lovely family and the food is phenomenal. Are there hiking/biking/riding trails nearby? Are they within walking distance? Yes, there are lots of trails nearby but they are not within walking distance for the most part. Do you hear much traffic noise? We sometimes hear the train going by, but very rarely do we hear traffic. What are your neighbors like? Our neighbours are all very friendly. Several of the neighbours have helped with things like snow removal and gardening tips. Please tell us about any upgrades or updates you have done. New A/C unit, New dishwasher, 50 Amp RV receptacle
