2. Offer 1. Selection 3. Reservation
The first step is to choose your preferred plot position in the resort where the house will be located.
4. Sale Agreement
We will provide you with a customised offer for the house, furniture, and included equipment. We'll work with you to create the perfect home and happily discuss your wishes.
A preliminary Agreement document is signed to take the house off the market. For a reservation, 10% is paid upon signing.
The Sale Agreement covers all the terms, conditions and obligations, purchase price, completion date, etc Upon signing the Sale Agreement, you shall pay the of 70% of the agreed price. Buying a mobile house is quicker and simpler as it doesn't require dealing with a notary or land registry.
5. Land Lease Agreement
The long-term contract for renting the land is signed with the camping owner.
The handover process of your OIKO mobile house will involve the final payment of 20%, a house key exchange, and the transfer of all relevant paperwork, ensuring a smooth transition into your new home. Your step-by-step guide to owning an OIKO mobile home.
