Producers of the Midlands unite! (or artists who self produce) It’s time for a heart to heart, a chat about our hang ups, our worries and our successes. Perhaps we can help each other, or just have a nice chat over a brew.

East Meets West Theatre Club

We’d love you to join us for another meeting of the East Meets West Theatre Club. It’s like a book club, but with less reading. In fact, you don’t have to do any advance prep at all. And you don’t even have to talk about the work if you don’t want to. Saturday 6 April, 17:30 - 19.00

Saturday 6 April, 12:00 - 14.30

Panel Discussion: Audience Participation

(for those who don’t like it!) When you hear the words ‘Audience Participation’ does it fill you with dread? Does a chill go down your spine? Or perhaps you’re an artist, who is keen to do more audience participation within your work. Itself as a form can create an intimacy between the performance and audience, but sometimes it can cross the line. In this panel discussion we will discuss the benefits of audience participation, how as artists we can care for the audience, and where we should draw the line. Saturday 6 April, 15:00 - 16.00
