INFORMATION IMPORTANT WKND
WRISTBANDS & ACCESSIBILITY
Every weekender will receive a wristband that gives you access to the whole weekend. It gives you access to the campsite, Lakeside and/or Comfort* and the festival terrain on FRIDAY, SATURDAY and SAVAGE SUNDAY. No bracelet means no entrance, so make sure you leave it on for the whole weekend. You can also use your own lane to the festival terrain with your bracelet, which is located at Entrance South. *Comfort is only accessible to visitors who stay at Comfort. All regular campers have limited access to the travel accommodations. Between 08:00HRS AND 20:00HRS, you have free access to the whole terrain to visit friends. After 20:00 HRS, the accommodations on the Lakeside are only accessible visitors with a ‘accommodations bracelet’. You can’t go to Comfort with a Lakeside wristband. At Comfort, campers can also visit the accommodations there between 08:00HRS AND 20:00HRS.
INFORMATION DESK
You can find an information desk at the Lakeside. The desk is open during the entire weekend, so you can come in for questions or issues you might have. At the Comfort campsite there is an information counter at Comfort Square. This counter is also open 24-HOURS A DAY for all your questions.
FIRST AID & EMERGENCY
The first aid is in the middle of the Lakeside and is open all weekend. You can come here 24 hours a day with questions or health issues. In case of an emergency, call the number +31 20 2480751. A first aid team will come your way immediately, so it’s not necessary to call 112. The first aid will be faster at your location after all. In case of an emergency, always warn someone from the organization, security, first aid or call the above-mentioned number. A weekend full of partying can be exhausting, so make sure you look after each other. The first aid team is there to help. Drugs are illegal in the Netherlands, but using them is not a crime. If you do not feel well, you can go to the first aid / crew members. They are your friends! So please tell them what you used. The more they know the better they can help you. THINK FOR YOURSELF, CARE ABOUT OTHERS!

Friday is all about EXPLORING DECIBELS. We’ve got a wide variety of artists at the Mainstage, which is open on Friday for the first time ever! Besides the Mainstage, you can go ALL OUT at six other areas showcasing what Decibel is all about. From 15:00HRS till 01:00HRS, you can go on a journey through time at the Sound of Decibel area or get blown away by one of the many LIVE acts.

On Saturday, all Harder Styles come together to CREATE PERFECT HARMONY. You get to explore the full festival terrain in all its glory. All areas, the parades, the LIVE STAGE with the SICKEST audio-visual acts and going 100% CRAZY at the Pussy Lounge. But that’s not all! We go ALL OUT as we enter the DARK HOURS, ending the day with an OVERLOAD of lasers and EPIC fireworks.

This year we’ll embark on an EPIC journery surrounding an indestructible artifact called the CORE. Legends whisper of its existence, but few know of its TRUE POWER.
Enclosed in the Mainstage, it is said to safeguard and amplify the essence of the city. The CORE was first introduced in this year’s trailer. It’s built up from all the memories we’ve made at Decibel outdoor and gets its energy from the RAW POWER of the KICK.
Luckily, we don’t have to venture on this quest alone! A lineage of highly skilled SOUND ENGINEERS monitor and operate
this peculiar artifact. They will lead us as we find our ECHOES OF EXISTENCE, which are resonated by the CORE. On Friday, you’ll see the CORE in action as we activate the DARK HOURS. RAN-D initiates LIGHT and illuminate our city. On Saturday, anthem maker REJECTA kicks off the DARK HOURS and initiates LASER with the ANTHEM SHOW followed by his Reject Authority LIVE act. That’s why he is making his Mainstage debut at Decibel outdoor. And not just any debut, but the SAVAGE SUNDAY Closing Session! He is ready to command the crowd with his crushing KICKS, relentless ENERGY and fierce SCREECHES!

Together with Bud, we asked you to create an audio piece and you delivered. We picked one lucky audio producer out of all submissions to create with us. Not just one, but two MASSIVE marathons this year! Rawstyle heavyweights come and go during the LIVE LOUD Marathon at the Mainstage. Act of Rage, Adjuzt, Bloodlust, Deluzion, Mish and Sefa each get their time to tear down the stage. A new addition is the SAVAGE Marathon. The same concept but UPTEMPO! FURY on wheels! Three SAVAGE Parades will cross through the city. Anthem remixer Barber will officially kick-off the final day with the SAVAGE Parade from the campsite to the festival. At the festival, Unresolved will guide you with his DRIVING KICKS and Bulletproof will go FULL THROTTLE!

If you’ve always wondered what it’s like to look over the LOUDEST CROWD from the DJ’s perspective, now is your chance! With the Mainstage Experience, you can enter the special deck on the stage for 10 minutes and become one with the show. Surrounded by SOUND, this is a whole new level of experiencing a set. LIVING LOUD is also about eating good food. Take a well-deserved break at our extensive Food Market. Small vendors with a variety of quality street food. There is something for everyone, from crepes to BBQ wraps. Sit down at the large tables and connect with other travellers.
BEER TASTING
A beer tasting in Decibel outdoor’s very own Beer Garden located at the Food Market. Enjoy five carefully selected beers. The tasting includes a card with background information on the beers + a ranking stamp card.
THE FOREST
Our city isn’t just a concrete jungle, you can also enjoy the EPIC vibe of our city forest! Different stages are hidden between the trees for you to discover. This is a great place to chill in the shade as well.
FOUNTAIN SHOW
One of the city’s highlights is the surrounding water, fueled with fountains. Enjoy the calming sounds and moving water. A lovely place to kick back and relax in between raving. Wait, that doesn’t sound very LOUD... That’s why once every half hour we activate the DECIBEL FOUNTAIN SHOW where the water jets match a legendary anthem mix!

Of course, the ULTIMATE way to experience the anthem is during the ANTHEM SHOW on Saturday! An extended version combined with epic show elements like LIGHTS, FIRE and LASERS. This special moment at the Mainstage is followed by Rejecta’s Reject Authority LIVE act. Expect loads of ENERGY and HARD-HITTING KICKROLLS! This is the moment you’re stepping into the DARK HOURS, where we seek the next level of LOUD and show elements are on their absolute maximum output.
“I IMMEDIATELY STOPPED WHAT I WAS DOING AND STARTED ON A MELODY”
In 2018, Rejecta took the scene by storm after working on his productions in silence. Six years, two albums and the Stay Loud Decibel outdoor 2020 tribute later and this sound engineer was ready to take on the festival anthem. Take a look behind the scenes, as we asked him about his experience with the festival and creative process behind the track.
*Have you ever been to Decibel outdoor as a visitor?*
“Yes! I have been to Decibel outdoor as a visitor for years. A couple of times on Saturday, but the weekends were obviously the best!”
What was your reaction when B2S approached you to make the anthem?
“I remember the moment well, I was in the studio when I got the phone call. I was very enthusiastic, honored to get this chance and determined to deliver a sick track. After the conversation I immediately stopped what I was doing and started on a melody.”
*What makes a real Decibel anthem for you?*
“The type of melody and hard kicks with a lot of drive. Every festival has a certain feeling to it and I tried capturing that feeling with the track. For me it really reflects the LIVE LOUD vibe.”
*What was your inspiration for the track?*
“I wanted to combine a euphoric summer melody with harder mids and antis. This
gave me a lot of inspiration for the melody. Now that the scene is becoming a lot “harder”, I think such a melody is appropriate at a festival like Decibel.”
*How long did you work on the track?*
“The melody came to me quite quickly, then you can continue working fairly fast. Of course, it was a matter of puzzling here and there, because you want to give it your best. In the end, I think it took me around 2 months?”
*Why did you choose to work with LXCPR for the vocals?*
“I have made a track with LXCPR before, he has a very nice “anthem voice” I think. The last collaboration went smoothly, so that’s why I decided to work with him again!”
*Finally, what can the visitors expect from your sets at Decibel this year?*
“As always, fun with lots of drive, catchy melodies. But this time with an even biggershow than previous years and of course new music!”

BBQ
A BBQ with your friends is a part of the Decibel weekend of course! Bringing a small BBQ is allowed. Bringing a cooking set or gas BBQ is also allowed, but only in case the gas cylinder contains max. 190 grams and has a screw-on mechanism. However, depending on the weather, BBQ’s may not be allowed. If the weather is too hot and/or dry, open fire can be banned. If this is the case, please don’t BBQ at any place or any time at the campsite.
LIVE LOUD TAKE CARE
Take care of each other! Never leave someone alone when they’re feeling unwell. Friends who rave together, stay together. During Decibel outdoor, we celebrate safe. When you have questions about for example alcohol and/or drugs, go to the Celebrate Safe stand. The Unity staff will give you tips when you’re not feeling well, but go to first aid if you have serious complaints. They are there to help you. Check the Celebrate Safe website for more information.
CHARGING YOUR PHONE
Stay connected with your friends, make sure your battery is always full! There are four Power Bank Stations at the campsites.
Here you can rent a powerbank for €3,50 per hour. Ideal if you’re going to the After Party or Beach Club and need to charge your phone!
HOW DOES IT WORK?
1. Grab one of the power banks
2. Charge your phone on the go
3. Return the power bank at one of the stations*
4. Pay for the minutes you used the power bank
*The power banks can only be returned at one the power bank stations at the campsites. You cannot return the power bank at the festival site.
ELECTRICITY
When you book a friends field, Plus tent or Deluxe tent you will have your own electricity point (10 ampère, 2300 W). Pay attention: you need a CEE-plug for this. All remaining campers won’t have their own electricity, because the network is not sufficient for thousands of people. But no worries, there are power bank stations available at the campsites where you can rent a power bank to charge your phone and you can use your straightener, blow drier or electric shaver at one of the public bathrooms. Please note, the electricity is only meant to use small electronic devices, so no fridges for example.
LANE TO THE FESTIVAL I CAMPSITE
At festival entrance South, located behind the Campsite entrance/exit South; you will find a special lane for campsite visitors. When you are on the festival site you can walk in and out of this entrance by showing your wristband.
FOOD & DRINKS
It is not allowed to bring your own food and drinks to the festival site. There are several extensive food courts where you can choose from a broad variety of food. You can get hamburgers, toasted sandwiches, croissants, juices, power shakes, fries and other snacks. There are several food trucks offering fresh pizza, delicious sandwiches, vegan food and much more. Plenty of choices to fuel yourself!
FREE WATER
Water is for everyone! That’s why you can fill up your own bottles or jerry cans with water at any time at the water taps of the sanitary facilities at the campsite. At the festival site, you can fill up your bottle at the water taps at the toilets.
LOCKERS
You can store your belongings in your car, accommodation or tent. In case you don’t want this, there are also lockers available for rent. They are located near the 24HRS STORE at the Lakeside. They are accessible 24 hours a day. Beekse Bergen or B2S are not responsible for loss or theft of personal belongings. Pay attention: when you rent a locker at the festival terrain, you will only have access to this when the festival terrain is open. If you want to access your locker all weekend, make sure you rent a locker at the lakeside campsite.

Large: H 35cm, W 30cm and D 50cm
XXL: H 35cm, W 60cm and D 50cm (what fits in here: a tent, sleeping bag, backpack, trolly’s and a lot more.)
LOST & FOUND
You can bring or pick-up lost and founds to the info stand during the weekend. Your item was not found? We work together with iLost to make sure all the lost and founds will get to their owner after the festival. TIP: write your name on all your belongings. This will make it easier to trace items if they are lost.
MUSIC
Bringing your own speakers is allowed, if they are only audible within a few meters from where they’re positioned. Examples are a portable radio/bluetooth speaker. The max. size is 30x15x15cm. Complete stereo sets are not allowed. Of course, it’s a weekend full of partying, but think about your neighbors who may want to get some sleep at night. Don’t feel like going to bed yet? You are more than welcome to have a drink and dance some more at the RAVE CAFÉ.
RESPECT YOUR SURROUNDINGS
Respect nature and throw your garbage in the provided bins. When you leave the park make sure to take all your personal belongings with you. It’s not allowed to leave your used tent or other things behind that you would consider trash. Be tidy and clean up your rubbish. Respect all the beautiful things around you and treat them appropriately. This means leaving the decor untouched and handle items that don’t belong to you with care. By doing so everyone can enjoy the WKND even more!
SUPER MARKET
At the supermarket you can find all the camping gear you need, whenever you need it. The store sells pegs for your tent, air mattresses and other items for the real camper. There is also a possibility to inflate your airbed.

There is a small 24HRS campstore which sells items like shampoo, deodorant, toothpaste, tampons, sleep ear plugs, after sun and more. Make sure to check it out if you forgot to bring something.
TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF & YOUR FRIENDS
A whole weekend of partying requires more energy than you think. Sleep, eat and drink enough (non-alcoholic beverages). It’s important to take in enough liquids and salt. Eat enough food throughout the day. In The Netherlands the weather is unpredictable. Keep the weather forecast at hand and keep in mind that it may cool down at night.
TOILET & SHOWER FACILITIES
There are three sanitary buildings at the Lakeside campsite and one at the Comfort campsite. To create enough capacity for all the Decibel weekenders, two extra big sanitary buildings will be placed at the park. You can come here 24 hours a day for a free, warm shower. You can also find mirrors here and electricity to use your shaver or to blow-dry your hair.
TOKENS & PIN
Tokens will be available from Friday at 12:00HRS and you can use them to pay almost everywhere. At the supermarket and merchandise stand, you can only pay with cash or PIN and not with tokens.
THE DECIBEL OUTDOOR APP
We have updated the Decibel outdoor app so you can easily find all the information you need during the weekend. Via this app you can check out where you are on the festival map and make your own timetable. Use the click & collect function to order experiences and merchandise. You can also find practical info and news about the festival. The Decibel outdoor app is available for Andoid and iOS.
TRAVEL SUSTAINABLY WITH PARTYBUSSEN
Sustainability is becoming increasingly important in our daily lives, and we can also make a difference at our festival. One of the most effective ways to reduce our environmental impact is by using shared transportation. Traveling by bus to Decibel is an excellent choice for those who want to travel sustainably. Buses offer several key environmental benefits: - Lower CO2 emissions: A full bus replaces dozens of cars, leading to a significant reduction in total CO2 emissions. - Fuel efficiency: Buses consume less fuel per passenger compared to individual cars, resulting in a smaller ecological footprint.
- Reduced traffic congestion: By traveling by bus, we take up less space on the roads, contributing to fewer traffic jams and less air pollution from idling vehicles.
- Shared resources: By traveling together, we make better use of available resources and reduce the overall environmental impact of our journey.

ENTRANCES & OPENING HOURS
ENTRANCES
At the Decibel weekend, we’ve got four different entrances divided over two main areas: Lakeside and Comfort. Visitors who have booked an accommodation at the Lakeside enter via entrance Lakeside accommodations. Visitors who have booked a Friends Field at the Lakeside will enter through entrance Lakeside campsite. Your booking confirmation will include the right entrance and navigation address. If you have booked a spot at the Lakeside campsite (Lakeside Camping ticket), you must arrive at entrance Lakeside campsite.
Visitors who have booked an accommodation at the Comfort will enter through the Comfort entrance. Your booking confirmation will include the best time to arrive and the navigation address. If you have booked a camping spot at the Comfort campsite (Comfort Camping ticket), you must arrive at the Comfort Campsite entrance.
On Friday we will open the gates at the following times:
• Comfort campsite: 11:00HRS
• Lakeside campsite: 12:00HRS
• Lakeside accommodations: 13:00HRS (check-in from 15:00HRS)
• Comfort accommodations (& Decibel City Hotel): 14:00HRS (check-in from 16:00HRS)
Comfort is the more quiet and relaxed area during the weekend. Staying at Comfort and want to enjoy the parties & activities at the Lakeside? No problem, you can visit the Lakeside at any time. The Lakeside is at walking distance from Comfort.
LAKESIDE ACCOMMODATIONS
Lakeside accomodations is the only car entrance at the Lakeside. This entrance is for the following accommodations: jungalow giraffe and zebra, group jungalows, big five safari tents, safari tent darwin and certain comfort tents. Your booking confirmation will include the right entrance and navigation address.
Parking tickets are included in your booking and will be scanned at the entrance. If you need an extra parking ticket you can contact info@libemafunfactory.nl.
Driving at the Lakeside is not allowed between 23:00HRS and 07:00HRS. Dutch traffic regulations apply and driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol is prohibited. When you leave the Lakeside by car, it’s not allowed to park your car there again. Instead, you have to park your car near the entrance and walk to your accommodation.
On Monday, it’s allowed to enter the park again with your car to load in your stuff. Before you enter the Lakeside by car, you must go through the security check. Make
sure you read the do’s & don’ts carefully to find out what you can and can’t take to the Decibel WKND. Your booking will also be checked, your Decibel weekend tickets will be scanned and after that you’ll receive all your weekend bracelets. If stated in yourbooking confirmation, you can pick up your keys at the reception, or use the code received in your confirmation.. After this, you’re good to go and you can enjoy the weekend!
LAKESIDE CAMPSITE
All visitors who have bought a Lakeside Camping ticket or booked one of the following accommodations: tiny house, delta deluxe, recharge tent, festi tent or festipi (like the power-up and the energizer) will enter through the Lakeside entrance. You can park your car near the entrance and buy a parking ticket via the B2S ticketshop in advance. Make sure you choose the right parking ticket. If you stay at the Lakeside, buy a “Lakeside Camping parking ticket”.
Decibel shuttle busses are driving from Tilburg Central Station and will drop you off at the Lakeside South entrance.
After parking your car, follow the signs to reach the entrance. At the entrance, there will be a security check and you will receive your weekend bracelets. Follow instructions provided by the camping stewards when choosing your camping spot.
In case you booked a tiny house, delta deluxe, recharge tent, festi tent of festipi (like the power-up and the energizer), you have to check in at the info stand.The parking area is at walking distance from the entrance. But if you

You can park your car near the entrance of Comfort and make sure you buy a parking ticket via the B2S ticketshop in advance. Make sure you choose the right parking ticket. If you stay at the Comfort Campsite buy a “Comfort Camping parking ticket”.
CHECK-OUT
The check-out for accommodations is 10:00HRS on Monday morning. For Friends Fields departure time is 11:00HRS. At the campsite you are expected to leave the camp before 12:00HRS.
