Congratulations to Frank Murch at Signs for San Diego at 810 Los Vallecitos Blvd., Suite E, San Marcos. The long-time Oceanside Chamber of Commerce member hosted a ribbon cutting featuring both the Oceanside and San Marcos chambers.
