The Brick Hotel, CocoCabana Rooftop Bar, and Q&A Oyster Bar and Restaurant are the latest additions to Downtown Oceanside located at 408 Pier View Way. The Brick Hotel, a ten-guest room boutique hotel, opened in June. This historic building, once known as the Schuyler Building, was built in 1888. CocoCabana Rooftop Bar, a 2,100-SF Caribbean-style cocktail bar offering tropical drinks, distinct bar bites, shareable dishes, and brunch on weekends, is located at the top of The Brick Hotel. On the ground floor of The Brick Hotel is Q&A Oyster Bar and Restaurant, featuring New Orleans-style eats by chef Quinnton Austin, which opened in late August. Also coming is the Succulent Cafe, serving coffee and pastries. Next door is Frankies Cocktail Lounge, serving crafted cocktails. For more details, check out: www. thebrickhotel.com. KNVS (pronounced “canvas”), a restaurant bar and art gallery featuring local artists, recently opened at 127 S. Coast Hwy. in downtown Oceanside. KNVS chefs and featured artists create a matching menu inspired by the art in the gallery. Haetae Oceanside, a Korean Street food restaurant opened at 133 S. Coast Hwy. in Downtown Oceanside Curry & More is now open at 600 Mission Ave. in Downtown Oceanside, serving Authentic Indian-style curry! Oceanside is Curry and More’s third location. Mopa Lounge, an upscale cafe and wine bar is now open at 325 South Coast Hwy. in Downtown Oceanside. Mopa Lounge offers a rich ala cart menu, handcrafted drinks, and desserts. Lash Pop Studio recently relocated to 429 S. Coast Hwy. in Downtown Oceanside. This studio offers eyelash extensions and brow services.

Ben & Esther’s Vegan Jewish Deli recently opened at 1904 S. Coast Hwy. in South Oceanside. Oceanside is the second location in San Diego County. Handel’s Oceanside recently opened at 228 North Coast Hwy. in Downtown Oceanside. Homemade ice cream made fresh daily! Dutch Bros Coffee is now open at 1700 Oceanside Blvd. in the Best Plaza. The Oceanside location is their first store in San Diego County. Gaja Korean BBQ, an all you can eat Korean Bbq restaurant recently open at 2693 Vista Way in the El Camino North shopping center.

Kimy Gets Skinny “Doatnut” is now open at 2530 West Vista Way, Ste F in the Fire Mountain Shopping Center. Doatnuts™️ are made from steel-cut oats and a minimal list of natural ingredients. The result is a delicious low-calorie, sugar-free treat! Fusion Hydration Oceanside is now open at 1444 Mission Ave. Fusion Hydration provides IV and injection therapy for wellness. Art Cafe Oceanside recently open at 1920 S. Coast Hwy. in South Oceanside. Art Cafe serves coffee, tea, power smoothies, pastries and unique handcrafted product. Plantology Cafe recently celebrated the Grand Opening of their new coffee shop within the plant store. Plantology is located at 913 S. Coast Hwy. Mare Amicus Art Gallery recently opened at 1850 N. Harbor Dr. in the Oceanside Harbor. Mare Amicus features original paintings and sculptures of seascapes, coastal landscapes and nautical art.

The Oceanside Young Professional Network (OYPN) are vital to planning and executing events throughout Oceanside for young professionals to network with like-minded peers, engage in the community, and stay informed on local issues. Chamber members and non-members alike in this age group are encouraged to come to committee meetings and contribute to the program’s development. The Oceanside Chamber of Commerce’s Military Affairs Forum provides an avenue for Oceanside Chamber members to learn about key issues relating to Oceanside’s relationship with Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton and the servicemembers serving on the base.
