The unique and chic design of The Block Apartments is truly impressive. The Block was deservedly recognized by the American Institute of Architects for Mixed Use Housing. The same design team worked on Yards Brewing Co, right next door. The facade of The Block features a mix of materials, including brick and metal, creating a distinctive look. Large windows allow ample natural light into each apartment, creating a bright and inviting atmosphere.

The branding at The Block is bright and lively with greens, blues, pinks, purples, and orange colors that line the exterior. Their design team searched for ways to bring this uniqueness indoors. They didn’t have to look far to find the ideal (and local!) solution – Picture Flap.

The 3 Row and 4 Column Picture Flap at The Block has bright graphics and it blends into their space seamlessly. It sits right at the top of the entryway stairwell and it is one of the first things residents and guests see when entering the building. Their twenty prints include a couple of photos, but it is mainly bold, striking branding. The Block is a modern space for those looking for great facilities, location, and high-quality living.
