May - 9:00 AM

June - September - 8:30 AM

October - 9:00 AM

BIRDIES/9-HOLERS

May - 10:30 AM

June through August - 10:00 AM

September through October - 10:30 AM

PACE OF PLAY

The maximum allotted time for the 18-hole round is 4 hours (2 hours for 9 holes). If your scorecard is not turned in by that time, you will not be eligible for weekly prizes.

WEEKLY REGISTRATION

Each week you will receive a a “Playing/Not Playing” email via Golf Genius. Simply click playing if you plan to participate.

PAIRINGS

Weekly pairings will be made at random each week by the golf professional staff. This is a great way for everyone to get to know each other!

FORMATS

You will receive 80% of your course handicap for the weekly game. Scores will be posted to GHIN by the golf professional staff. Every week will showcase a different format. Some weeks will be team competitions and some will be individual. Each week will include prize money awarded after play.

YEAR LONG COMPETITIONS

The end of our season will include prizes for multiple year long competitions for all of our ladies (both 9-hole and 18-hole).

LADIES MATCH PLAY

The last Tuesday of each month will be for match play participants who need to play their matches. If you are not participating in match play, you are still encouraged to play and will sign-up as normal.
