IT will create a new shared drive for the Campaigns Department Require all relevant Campaigns files to be transferred to the new drive Give accessto the shared drive to all staff

This space may be used as a working space for individual campaigns – the only requirement is to populate identified documents in the pre-existing folders (details will be provided) Each campaign may add additional folders as needed

All Campaign Budget Documents will include annual budget plans for each campaign for the current year

Campaign MEL will include guidance documents, policies, resources, tools & current significant evaluations

Campaigns Archive

This will be managed by Lisa and will include only key documents for all Campaigns This will contain documents archived from the All Campaigns Planning, All Campaigns Budget, and Campaigns MEL folders, as well as past campaign folders Campaigns Archive structure :

Planning Documents will include annual & strategic planning documents from previous years Budget Documents will include detailed budget plans from previous years MEL will include significant campaign evaluations from previous years Past Campaigns will include documents used from previous campaigns, arranged by topic (i.e. Starbucks, Farm Bill, etc.)
