The sheet value will be on the top right-hand selvedge and the plate numbers and the printer's imprint on the bottom left. For this new issue the usual first day of issue hand canceller service and the first day of issue machine cancellation service will be available at the Chief Post Offices at Auckland, Christchurch, Dunedin and Wellington. Ordinary hand-datestamping facilities will be available at other offices. 2.
