A number of Members of Parliament have undertaken and completed Business Attachments. Andrew Bayley, who recently completed his Business Attachment with New Zealand Steel commented “I had a wonderful and very useful day at NZ Steel ... First of all I visited the mine site at Waikato North Head and then spent the rest of the day visiting all but one of the departments at the main mill site. Although I have been there many times before, it was great to be able to put into context what all the departments do.
