With all my heart, I express gratitude to my homeland in the Napf region and Spitsbergen, the beautiful archipelago in the Arctic. But also, to all the wonderful people and energies that have shaped the book through their presence and great inspirations.

21 Grams North
When a soul leaves the body, it is said that the body becomes 21 grams lighter.
In the entire universe, we know that there is a planet in
the galaxy, in the Milky Way. This is the galaxy where it all began. This planet is called Earth and is inhabited by many living beings. The ones you can see and the ones you cannot see. But if you have not forgotten your origin, then you can talk to these living beings and feel them.
It is said that it is very difficult to get a life
on Earth. It is said that it is the highest mastery to have an Earth life. The old souls say that there are thousands and thousands of souls around our planet who watch what we do, and it is the strongest and most extraordinary souls who are allowed onto this planet for life. It is the mastery for every soul to be allowed to learn on this planet Earth. Even in ancient Greek mythology, Hermes Trismegistos said that when you come to Earth, you can learn what polarities are. We must experience what it means to be sad, then we will also know how it feels to be happy.
Everything we have ever known or learnt is forgotten
when we enter this planet. You alone can decide what you want to learn in this life. You alone have the power to do anything, without being burdened by pre-existing knowledge. You alone can decide what you want to be, whether good or bad, whether helpful or entirely self- focused; it is your decision. All living beings that are allowed to come to Earth possess this mastery. Plants and animals have certain guidelines, but humans can make their own decisions and have the possibility to become and do anything they can imagine and wish to learn.
There is the wonderful story of the little angel who
was asked by the Creator in eternity: ”Do you know what you are?” ”I am light and love,” said the little angel. ”Yes,” God said, ”that is true.” The little angel said to him: ”But I want to know what else there is. ” God sighed and replied: ”If that is truly what you want ... then so be it.”
The little angel's best angelic friend came
forward and said: ”I am coming with you to Earth, where you can learn everything, you want to become. But before we go, I want you to know that if you ever feel very sad, or if something bothers you, and you do not understand the world anymore, never forget that I love you very much, and everything happens so that you can have these experiences. If you know that, you can start feeling happy inside, because you know that these are the amazing experiences that only you can have on planet Earth, and I will help you because I love you a lot.”
”Okay”, said the little angel, ”and how do we
come to Earth?” ”That is simple,” said the big angel. ”There are two ways. You can either go through the rainbow or the Northern Lights. Most souls use the Northern Lights to the planet and return through the rainbow. That is what we are doing now. Are you ready?”
The two took each other's hand and started
running toward the sun. Just before reaching the sun, they stopped and waited for the next solar storm. The sun smiled at them and said: ”Are you ready? I will send you to Earth with the next warmth, it is about to start”.
With a strong wind, the two whirled towards the
Earth, and as they reached the Earth's atmosphere, they felt warmth and began to glow brightly. The old soul explained: ”All people and living beings on the planet see the glow and call it the Northern Lights. But only the very old and wise souls know that this is how the new souls arrive.”
The little angel felt a bit nauseous as they landed on planet Earth and told his friend: ”I feel like I am very heavy and being pulled very tightly towards the planet.” The two of them stood by a beautiful waterfall, looking over the white landscape. People call this place Spitsbergen. This is where all new souls arrive and learn to deal with characteristics such as gravity, cold, and warmth before they incarnate as humans.
A beautiful white fox spotted the two friends and
called out cheerfully: ”Ah! Two new ones.” Completely shocked, the little soul asked: ”Why can he see us?” The old soul replied: ”You know, animals and other beings on this planet, as well as a few humans, can see and perceive us more than others. And let me tell you something as your first lesson. Here in the Arctic at the North Pole, there are not only snow foxes but also polar bears. Penguins, on the other hand, live only at the South Pole, something many people do not know.”
The two souls sat down in a beautiful ice cave
and the old soul said to the little friend: ”Let's start this adventure!” ”Look,” said the young soul, ”that bright star ... beautiful.” ”That is the North Star. You can see it everywhere in the world, so you always know where we are.” ”Why am I so tired?” asked the little angel. ”That is how it is on this planet. You sleep at night, and you are awake during the day, that is normal.” replied his angel friend.
As they were almost asleep, a small, beautiful
white feather danced through the air. ”What is that?” asked the little soul. The big angel said with a smile on his face: ”Whenever you see a white feather here on Earth, someone in heaven wants to tell you: Never forget, I am always with you.” And so, the two fell asleep for the first time. Spitsbergen is a beautiful area with a very special energy, and it taught them everything they needed to know to live and thrive on this planet.
After this time, the two were ready to continue
travelling around the world to the place where they would spend this life. You can travel with the jet stream, which is the very fast wind that blows high up around the Earth, or with the Gulf Stream, which is the warm water swirling in the sea and spreading heat everywhere. It depends on the destination you are heading to. ”And where are we going?” asked the little angel. ”We are heading to a beautiful region where the history of this planet began. It has the best energy and the most beautiful valleys and mountains covered in mist, a wonderful starry sky and the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets.”
”So let us go right away”, said the little angel.
The two took each other's hand again and a gentle wind lifted them up. Suddenly there was a bump and off they went at a very fast pace. The highaltitude wind quickly took them to their destination.
They stood in a beautiful spot in the Napf area
after the wind had gently placed them back on the planet. They saw two beautiful ponds with a fireplace. The little angel could hardly believe his eyes. A beautiful dragonfly was flying around, and nature spirits were doing their work. Two ducks, a deer and a rabbit drank water from one of the ponds. ”It is like heaven here,” said the little soul. ”Yes, I know,” said the big angel, ”but people often forget that. You will forget that too as soon as you become human.” ”That is a pity,” replied the little angel. ”Yes, but if you listen deeply to your heart, you will feel the connection to everything, because deep in your heart, you have all that knowledge.”
The big angel hugged the little angel and
whispered in his ear: ”Every person you meet has a very specific role in your life. Some may take advantage of you; some may love you and some will teach you something. But the ones that really matter will bring out the best in you. These are the rare and wonderful people who show you that life is worth living. You will see that we are just guests on this planet. We arrive with nothing and that is exactly how we leave.”
The little angel looked at his friend trustingly and said:
”But with a lot of experience and knowledge.” ”Yes, you are right,” replied his friend. The two looked at each other for a long time. The big angel hugged the little angel and asked: ”Can you feel the energy and love that I can give you? As soon as you are human, do the same. Humans are not as good at this anymore. Take them in your arms and teach them that again.” ”I will do that, I promise you, and you can help me implement it,” the little angel said. The big angel nodded. ”Okay, let's go into this life,” said the young soul.
”You have to go alone; I only came this far
and will wait for you on the other side. I will be your guardian angel for the rest of your life,” said his friend. The little angel smiled and, with a wink, instantly disappeared. The big angel looked into the emptiness and a tear almost rolled down his cheek. The beautiful water fairy who lived in the area took the big angel in her arms and whispered softly: ”And now the Earth is 21 grams heavier again.”
Let me tell you something. It is a privilege to
live on this planet, and remember, even if you feel sad and things do not go as planned, that is just as much a part of the experience in this world as it is important for you to be happy, grateful and content. Experiences consist of both good and bad moments. What matters is, how you handle them. And you know, no matter how stormy or difficult it gets, your guardian angel is always with you.
”It is normal to be different.”
