WARRANTY INFORMATION This section sets out the warranty policy for the solar water heating system.
Warranty Terms Warranty claims are subject to: ●• Inspection by BOSCH to verify that the defect in the equipment has arisen from defects in workmanship or materials during the warranty period. • None of the exclusions being applicable.
Warranty Duration The warranty period is THREE (3) YEARS from the date of purchase by the original customer for the following solar water heater components: 1. Solar collector 2. Hot water tank 3. Valve 4. Thermo-mixing valve 5. Mounting frame 6. Piping and connectors The warranty period is TWO (2) YEARS from the date of purchase by the original customer for the following components: 1. All cables 2. M-KOPA controller 3. Solar PV panel
