SWIMMING CLASSES

With a play-based methodology, we learn to swim. Swimming provides us with the reinforcement of all the muscles, the increase of lung capacity, body control, agility, relaxation and enhances self-esteem.

From an initial familiarisation, it leads to introducing technique styles, rehabilitation, strengthening muscle groups, enhancing heart and lungs, agility, balance, coordination, and flexibility. Swimming is at midday (students between 6 and 12 years old), two days a week on Tuesday and Thursday.

Afternoon hours from 17:00 to 18:00: Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Tuesday and Thursday from 13:45 to 14:45.

TENNIS

Tennis is a powerful tool for the holistic development of children. Not only does it improve their physical condition and motor skills, but it also strengthens their mind and spirit. It teaches them important values such as discipline, perseverance, and respect, while promoting socialisation and a healthy lifestyle.

By integrating tennis into children's routines, we are investing in their present and future, helping them to become balanced and healthy individuals.

RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Rhythmic gymnastics is one of the most creative sports, since it gives rise to the imagination, like almost all disciplines that have to do with music and body expressiveness and dance modalities. It seeks to achieve original exhibitions, chain difficult exercises, in addition to achieving a balanced and beautiful exercise that enhances expressiveness and where creativity and technique are always united.

Rhythmic gymnastics can be considered an art, as well as a sport, for its plasticity and beauty. During the course there will be small exhibitions as a sample of what we have learned during the year. Classes will be held at midday (2 hours per week), Tuesdays and Thursdays.

INDOOR

FOOTBALL

This is a dynamic and fun collective sport, which gives us possibilities for improvisation and development of motor skills, letting players expand their mental agility in decision-making since it is much faster than other sports because it is played in a small space. It also increases the development of physical-mental abilities.

The player of this sport assumes responsibilities before the collective that lead him to achieve a competition of solidarity and collectivism for a common goal. It will be held at midday Monday and Wednesday, or Tuesday and Thursday. Age group: from 6 to 12 years old. Participation in School League and friendlies.

BASKETBALL

Basketball is one of those sports that can be practiced from the earliest ages. It gives us better coordination, increases concentration and speed of meetings, develops agility, locomotor skills and endurance.

Basketball cares for and protects the cardiovascular system and improves muscular endurance. Therefore, this sport fosters the autonomy of children and helps them to feel part of a group, preparing them to take their place in society, as well as transmitting such important values as cooperation and companionship. It is a fun and dynamic sport that keeps children away from a sedentary lifestyle, provides them with self-confidence and also promotes good self-esteem. It will be held in the afternoon from 4:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m. two days a week: Tuesday and Friday.

MARTIAL ARTS

Martial arts will provide the child with various benefits in their mind and spirit. Self-esteem can grow considerably and along with this it will improve the ability to concentrate and acquire such desirable values as perseverance, discipline and respect. Classes will be held at noon. (2 hours per week).

MULTISPORT

Multisport refers to participation in various sports and physical activities rather than focusing exclusively on a single discipline. During sessions, children can practice sports such as soccer, basketball, athletics, gymnastics, and tennis. Their participation in sports is enhanced by this diversity, which also helps kids to grow in terms of both physical and mental abilities.

Children's multisport is an excellent option to promote well-rounded development in kids. Offering a varied and fun experience, it not only enhances their physical abilities but also strengthens their confidence, teamwork skills, and resilience in the face of challenges. Additionally, it encourages an active lifestyle that will benefit them throughout their lives.
