RHYTHMIC GYMNASTICS

Introduce students to rhythmic gymnastics in a fun and pleasant environment of respect and cooperation.

Enhance flexibility in legs and back, as well as coordination and rhythm.

Introduce basic jumps, turns, and balances in rhythmic gymnastics.

Introduce techniques using apparatus (balls, hoops, ribbons).

Be able to perform simple routines to the rhythm of music applying the learned techniques.

INTRODUCTION TO TEAM SPORTS

Develop basic motor intelligence. Reinforce fundamental concepts of team sports: cooperation, collaboration, opposition, teamwork, and competition.

Contribute to the overall development of students (technical aspects, physical fitness, health and hygiene, sports education).

Understand the functional structure of basketball.
