Hi!! I'm Bri Rahn and im 34 years old living in Bluffton SC! I'm married to my husband John and just had our ﬁrst baby boy, Lyon, in September! We are originally from New York where I worked as a dental hygienist for 7 years while my husband ran his own

gym. We decided to relocate to the south to enjoy a different pace of life, closer to both family and the beach! We just moved into our new home that we were building for over a year and are loving the southern way of life. I’m Bridget Hess, I am a SAHM, part time personal trainer, fitness instructor, and most important and my favorite, mom of two! I graduated from Keene State College in 2012 with a BA in Sociology where I went on to be a Case Manager for Mental Health (adults with disabilities) but ultimately left that field to navigate a career in fitness and raise my babies. Who or what has help you the most in your journey?
