It’s hard to believe we’re already in October — the start of fall, a season full of reflection, gratitude, and renewed purpose.

After a busy and inspiring summer, I’ve loved settling into a rhythm here in Utah. Each day at the office continues to remind me how special this company is — from the energy of our teams to the leaders who visit and fill our halls with excitement and vision. And now, we’re getting ready to host thousands of incredible leaders right here at the home office for Live! The anticipation is building, and I can’t wait to experience the inspiration, connection, and momentum that always come from being together in person.

This month, as we celebrate accomplishments and milestones across our community, I find myself deeply grateful for all that we’re building together. Whether through our products, our business, or our efforts to be a Force for Good, our shared purpose continues to make a real difference — and that’s something worth celebrating.

My journey has been shaped by personal experiences: I've seen the toll that neglecting one’s health can take, not just on individuals, but on entire families. As a long-time single mom, I made it my mission to be a strong example for my daughters, showing them what’s possible with commitment and self-care.

I'm a wife, mom of two, and bonus mom to three more, with four amazing grandchildren. I live in the suburbs of Chicago and work as a corporate Marketing Manager but my true passion lies in health and wellness. I'm also a certified personal trainer, driven by a deep desire to help other women live and feel their best.

Nu Skin has become a huge part of that mission. I’m especially grateful for the unwavering support of my husband—he understands my goals and consistently goes above and beyond to help me reach them. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without him. My team has also

been instrumental in my growth; the mentorship I’ve received at Nu Skin surpasses anything I’ve encountered in my adult life, and the community has become my chosen family.

What draws me most to Nu Skin is the opportunity to make a global impact on people’s health. Hi, I’m a certified Holistic Health Coach (IIN, 2012) with a background in Sports Science and over a decade of experience helping people heal from chronic stress, pain, and burnout. I coown Sweet Dreams Wellness in Plain City, Ohio with my mom and best friend, Lorelei. Together, we’ve created a wellness space where cuttingedge therapies meet heartcentered healing — offering services like Float Therapy, Red Light, PEMF, Infrared Sauna, and more.

Hi! I’m originally from Georgia, but these days, I call Alabama my sweet home. I’m a small-town girl at heart, happily married, and a proud mama to energetic 8year-old boy/girl twins. Life in our house is anything but quiet—and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Everything changed when a friend (thankfully persistent!) asked if I wanted to share about the Nubiome and Collagen products I was loving. Honestly, it only took her asking twice— and I will forever be grateful she didn’t give up on me.

I can grow my business on my terms while staying present with my kids.

I’m a strong believer in the value of learning a trade. I’m licensed in both Cosmetology and Real Estate, and I’ve always loved being able to contribute to my family not just as a mom, but as a professional too.

When our son was diagnosed with Autism, our family had to make an unexpected move. We made the decision that I would stay home, which was absolutely the right choice—but it meant I lost a piece of myself. I missed having something that was just for me, something I could be proud of and that also helped support our family.

What’s made the biggest difference, though, has been the mentorship.

Kate Henry and Meryl K. Joiner took me under their wing with a kind of unwavering support I’ll never forget. They believed in me, answered every question (even the same one a hundred times!), and pushed me exactly when I needed it. They’ve become not just mentors, but dear friends.
