Can you believe the year is more than halfway over? This is a time of the year that I look at the goals I set in January and see how I am doing. As I look at my personal goals, I take the time in July to see where I need to pivot and where I am doing a great job. I would challenge each of you to take a few minutes or hours and evaluate how you are doing in your personal goals and business goals.

What does your Nu Skin team mean to you?
You can’t do it alone. To truly succeed, you must have a passion for helping others. That passion is what allows you to recruit, inspire, and build a team. With Nu Skin, that team becomes more than just coworkers — they become family. They’re the ones you can turn to anytime you need support, guidance, or encouragement. Together, you’re stronger.
What is your favorite Nu skin product and why?
I’ve tried other products, but Meta has always been my number one choice. It has truly improved my life. I feel more capable at work and more present with my family at home. I’m so grateful for how it has helped me live a fuller, more active life.
What advice would you give someone who is starting their journey with Nu Skin?
Set your goal — and if you’re truly serious about it, be consistent and willing to sacrifice your time to make it happen. You’ll face failure along the way, but that’s okay. What matters is that you get back up and keep going. Success isn’t about perfection, it’s about persistence.

My name is Marlen Chalarca, I’m a Latina woman that decided to move to New York in search of a better future for my two children and my nephew, who I love like one of my own children. Like many immigrant women, I have experience challenges, but my desire to move forward has always remained strong.

What I like most about Nu Skin is that it allows you to grow personally and professionally, while transforming lives at the same time. I’m 35 years old, originally from Peru but living in Canada for a few years now. I’m an industrial engineer and hold a master’s in economics and another in education. I worked in the corporate sector for 10 years. I’m a full-time mom, a full-time re searcher in the food supply chain, and a full-time solo caregiver.
My fun side comes from a passion for nutrition and overall wellness, which led me to become a health coach and a certified yoga teacher. Moving to Canada was a big game changer in my life. It showed me that I was capable of anything I set my mind to, including starting my journey with Nu Skin, which I discovered through social media.
