At Maranga Ltd. we specialise in the human aspects of organisational life, specifically team work, leadership and culture. We work all around Aotearoa helping people to be more effective in their work and in their professional relationships, and we are focussing on growing our presence across Te Tauihu the Top of the South so that we are really connected into our local business community and so that we can support the great work people in this region are doing.

We work in a range of ways with clients, including individual coaching; designing and delivering development programmes for teams and organisations; and running workshops. We also have a new podcast which aims specifically to share the best examples of leadership, teamwork and culture from across Te Tahuihu.

We are a flexible business with a great network so that we can meet the needs of our clients whether small or large.
