As Covid continues to play out its erratic patterns we have to somehow prepare to navigate our business through these economic unknowns. This means clearly defining the vision and direction of your business and communicating this to employees. People follow leaders who provide certainty.
2. Committed Learning
Proactively educating and keeping up with how the business world works now and the opportunities other will not see because they hope for a version of the past to return.
3. Embrace Innovation
Letting go of the past and being ready to measure other ways of marketing, production and communication which matches the expectations of the multiple generations who are our customers.
4. Strengthen Connection
Doing more for your clients and prospects than just giving them the bare minimum required to use your service or product. Loyalty is earned through connection, and technology allows every business to stay connected with their customers.
5. Know Your Numbers
Daily/weekly/monthly measures of cash, productivity and stock enable a lean running business – guesswork is a thing of the past.
