New Programmes with Carla Jehle from Sound Choice are proving to be a hit with business owners

Sound Choice Business Support, started by Carla in 2012, initially carried out bookkeeping and administration tasks in the land development, building, trades, and horticultural industry.

Six years on, Carla has developed herself into a competent, caring, and trusted partner to small business owners in the Top of the South as well as New Zealand wide non-profit organisations. Effective financial management is part of her wholistic approach to drive sustainable business success and growth with a strong focus on detail and deadlines, which is crucial in small business.

Carla’s greatest strength is her capacity to learn and build relationships. Developing new skills, coupled with her desire for ongoing improvement of systems and efficiencies is specifically aimed to fit the unique needs of her clients.

Carla recently added to her services an ongoing training program for small business owners who want to upskill their bookkeeping and accounting knowledge to do their own books. She teaches essential bookkeeping skills and how to organise bookkeeping systems in small business. This includes ongoing support for people who work for themselves and don’t consider themselves a ‘numbers person’.

Carla’s mission is empowering every small business owner to have confidence in their numbers and financial decisions without losing sleep.
