DIRECTOR’S NOTE

On behalf of the cast, crew, and directors, I would like to welcome you to North Raleigh Christian Academy’s Squire Theatre and our 2024-2025 Season of Story! We are delighted to share our spring musical HELLO, DOLLY! with you, our audience. Thank you for your support of the student artists who have worked tirelessly to bring this production to life. Squire Theatre is proud of our dedication to excellence, and we look forward to continuing to bring you theatre that surpasses your expectations.

Directing this production of HELLO, DOLLY! has been a tremendous joy! This musical is full of laughter, heartwarming emotion, and plenty of smiles. Working with this group of talented student artists in the cast, crew, technical, and orchestral groups has reminded me that God created me to be a storyteller and an educator, and HELLO, DOLLY! has renewed my sense of calling and vocation. I am so proud of the maturity that the student artists of Squire Theatre have brought to this production. Directing this production for the second time in my career has been a true delight, and I was reminded that often the simplest things in life bring the greatest joy. Although a seemingly simple musical, there is an underlying depth that makes HELLO, DOLLY! a treat to watch. Both Dolly and Horace mature into a true love for each other as the musical progresses. May God grant you a renewed sense of the joys and loves of life as you engage with this production.

Thank you again for coming, and we hope you enjoy the show. Please join us again next year for the 2025-2026 theatrical season!
