AGENDA
1.OPENING REMARKS -By OCP, LCP, government if its possible 2 KEY NOTE • key note speaker : 2-3 company, 1 community • length : max 30-45 mins per key note speaker • company/ community branding 3.PANEL DISCUSSION • need 1 moderator • 1-2 company, 1-2 community, 1 government (if you can engage government) • misalnya kalo di Bandung dispora bisa ikutan panel • ada script buat quesNon • panel discussion itu semacam talk show • length : 45-60 mins for all. 15 meant by script, 30 mins by QnA with delegates 4.WORKSHOP • classroom presentaNon • with acNvity • In these interacNve sessions, par:cipants learn more deeply about a specific topic in order to spark ideas to design projects and commitments. It shouldn’t be a presentaNon. Speakers should provide context and a framework (10% of theme of the whole session), then provide 60% of working space, 10% to share ideas and 10% to wrap up the session and have a clear output for the AcNon Space.
5. ROUND TABLE - where partners can have specific booths or table to have a closer approach with the delegates, answer ques:ons, provide materials, etc. - 1 table with max 10 people -will switch the table every 15-20 mins -overall session : 60 minutes. 6. ACTION SPACE Partcipants brainstorm and generate answers to specific “how” quesNons, creaNng forward-thinking solu:ons and refining new approaches to global challenges. In teams, parNcipants materialize ideas by iden:fying goals, :meline, and resources required. All the ideas they created in the workshops should be transformed into specific projects. -Delegates will get a group consist of 3-5 or 5-8 people per groups to create a project -we will closed registraNon 5-6 days before YS Forum. -we will create the group for delegates and announce to them so then they can create the project group -when it comes to project creaNon in the Forum day, its 60 mins project creaNon so its only finalizaNon of their own project -they will present their project to company and community
