This special Catch of Saturday is the initiative from Novotel Phuket Kamala Beach Resort to support local Phuketien fishermen, doubtless using the fresh Andaman fish straight from the ocean to the table. Our chef's secret technique creates these special dishes extraordinary. The 5 different dishes have 5 different favors.
