A celebration of the Nouvel Catholic Central mission, values and beliefs.
Greetings to All of Our Nouvel Family:
Nouvel Catholic Central is a very special and beloved institution We are guided by our mission, “We are Nouvel Catholic Central, called by Christ to learn, love and lead… courageously”. Our Nouvel Family includes our students, parents and families, alumni, teachers, staff, administration, coaches, retired faculty and staff, parish priests, parishioners, diocesan leaders, volunteers and donors. Our family spans multiple generations of alumni and past parents. The embodiment of “We are Nouvel” is that we are one faith-based, school community.
Nouvel’s strategic priorities are to live out our Catholic Mission, enhance academic offerings and student experience, retain and attract the best and brightest, mission-driven teachers, grow enrollment, and continue our strong financial discipline The Board of Trustees has established a major fundraising goal of a $3 million endowment to support teacher and staff salaries. Through the success of the annual Nouvel: A Night to Shine Gala, and with a matching contribution from an alumni family of up to $1 million, we are on our way to reach this goal. With God’s grace and the financial support of many, this campaign will be successful.
Nouvel has a rich tradition with a strong history of academic vigor, athletic success, enriching extracurricular activities and a culture of service to others. Nouvel prepares students to be disciples of Christ and leaders in the world. Our tradition of excellence continues and Nouvel’s greatest days are ahead of us Each year we are impressed by our students, who grow and develop intellectually, physically and spiritually. We are inspired by our dedicated teachers who always give from their heart to mentor, inspire, educate and challenge our students. We are blessed by the generosity of our school community, always willing to help those in need.
On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Nouvel leadership team, we would like to sincerely thank you for your support of our mission. We are grateful to our parents, school families, Catholic parishes, teachers, alumni, and our diocesan partners for their belief in our students and Catholic education Our school families and community members are integral partners in reaching our shared goals This annual report highlights the great work that is being done at our two campuses and in our community. We are proud of the Nouvel family tradition and we are very thankful for your steadfast support for a prosperous future.
Sincerely,
Dan Decuf Pete Shaheen

We are grounded in the rich traditions and principles set forth by those who came before us, humbled by the awesome responsibility to help shape the future leaders and servants in our world, and grateful to be doing this work with the support of our parish communities, especially many of our alumni and parents who have a strong presence in our school today.
I love that my daughters learn religion, kindness and helping the community along with learning their required courses.
