Always having an idea for a vibe she likes, Sam starts out her sessions with listening to her favorite artist CRITTER. Taking inspiration from her tone, Sam hops in the booth and sings her original lyrics over a backing track demo we made together.
Drums are hands down the most popular instrument here in St. Paul. This month our 3-5th class was learning about 16th notes andapplyingthemtofillsevery4bars!Even with theory heavy lessons our youth fly through programming with big smiles on theirfaces!

Our control room is anything but quiet. When our 3-5 graders hop in the booth they let the artist know that they are supported. Through a chorus of screams, yells, and headbanging, these youth know what it means to support art!
Christmas is right around the corner and Minnesota is gearing up with warm jackets and hot beats. Our 3-5 grade class decided to take a stab at an original christmas song that they have been producing over the last two weeks. This will be the second christmas song coming out of West Side this year!
