About Layer

Layer is a sustainability consultancy specialising in helping brands to bring their sustainable goals to life, using a holistic and thoughtful approach to generate new solutions. Systemic change is needed to transform the industry, after an era of fast fashion has had a detrimental impact on the layers of our ecosystem, leaving a gaping hole that we must refill, with thoughtful and purposeful action. Layer’s clients achieve sustainability at a deeper level, leaving with layers of sustainability deeply ingrained into their brand identities, not just sustainable on the surface.

Currently, Layer caters to mid to high market and smaller or emerging brands who lack the resource and expertise to put sustainable systems in place but have the determination to work towards their sustainable vision for their brand, which we help to bring to life. We treat each client as a completely new challenge, immersing ourselves in the brand to accurately understand the correct sustainable changes for them. In the wake of a shift in consumer attitudes, it is key that brands develop a sustainable business plan to meet the changing demands.
