ello All -- LINKED HERE is a report that I asked our great NAHB Building Materials staff to prepare. It will be distributed to all the State Rep's nation wide, but I hope you will share this with all of your members. It is the report from the Building Materials Subcommittee, part of the Construction Liability, Risk Management, and Building Materials Committee. I believe our members will find it very worth while. It also includes a very thorough power point slide presentation of the "Economic Update and Outlook" and "Building Materials Prices and Trends". Some really awesome information. It has been a pleasure working with all of you these past years, as your NAHB State Rep. I am stepping down from my long time position this next year in an effort to help our own Bill Owens (from Columbus) run for NAHB Third Vice Chair. As of today, Bill is officially a candidate for this position and the election will be at the Leadership Council during the 2023 International Builders Show in Las Vegas. I hope all of you will help to support his candidacy starting now with a resolution of support from each of your locals. Our new Ohio State Rep, Ric Johnson, will serve us well and I have given him your names and contact information.
