o m e to lc e w NORTH CENTRAL COLLEGE Thank you for joining us for the North Central College Fine & Performing Arts 2020-2021 Virtual Season! We couldn’t be more excited to be able to share these incredibly talented artists with you from the comfort of your own homes in a virtual format. This has been a unique and challenging time, but it is a joy to share fine arts events together virtually, even if we cannot do so yet in person.

We kicked off our virtual season in January with The Hit Men followed by fantastic performances in February from The Langston Hughes Project, Mojo & The Bayou Gypsies, and Naturally 7. We opened March with The Red Hot Chilli Pipers, Lee Rocker of Stray Cats and the Chicago Sinfonietta. We begin April with an exciting performance by the Sharpe Family Singers followed by the Williamsburg Salsa Orchestra. We close out the virtual season in May with actor Robert Neary in “So Good: The Neil Diamond Experience.”

As a thank you for your continued support, we are providing most of these events free with a reservation. Additionally, viewing will be unlimited and available for the entire weekend these performances are released for you to view at your leisure. We hope you enjoy an encore performance or two!

PERFO RMER BIOGRAPHY Broadway performers and producers Ron and Barbara Sharpe first met on stage in the original Broadway production of “Les Misérables”, where they played the romantic lead roles of Marius and Cosette. After being married onstage over 1,000 times they decidedto do it for real! Now years later with two grown children, a pair of identical twin boys, and three “adopted” family members (the boyfriend, the best friend, and the lovable uncle) this group has formed The Sharpe Family Singers to bring their love affair with Broadway to stages across America. The Sharpe Family Singers share their love of Broadway musicals by performing the big, showstopping numbers that are audience favorites around the world. Their repertoire includes songs from new hit Broadway shows like “Hamilton” and “Dear Evan Hansen,” blockbuster movies like “The Greatest Showman,” hits from “Disney On Broadway” and Broadway’s rock ‘n’ roll musicals as well as classic show tunes from “The Phantom of the Opera,” “Cats,” “Evita,” “Guys and Dolls,” “West Side Story,” “Carousel,” “Fiddler on the Roof,” “Les Misérables” and many more! It’s a true musical gift–from our family to yours.
