Aimee is a great therapist and wonderful co-worker She works so hard to see all clients who walk through the door She has amassed an impressive caseload and still finds time to help out her team whenever necessary. She is always willing to step in and assist a coworker or client. We are so grateful to have Aimee on the team.

John is a peer with small teams who is passionate about providing quality consumer care and providing support to his colleagues. Trust: John demonstrates trust by following through on job duties/tasks, communicating openly with consumers and his upline/colleagues even when it's difficult. Unity: John encourages teamwork and collaborating with his colleagues, makes others feel heard and celebrates the successes of both consumers and colleagues. Kindness: John expresses gratitude and proactively looks for ways to support others.
John shows kindness to anyone he interacts with and always has a smile on his face. His positivity creates an inviting space for consumers and staff. He offers support and training to new staff, involving them in meetings, didactics, trainings, and discussions, ensuring everyone feels welcome. John is an amazing PRSS level 3 with small teams that embodies all the NC values he is trustworthy infollowing through with all job duties and working to create a safe space for his consumers and peers, he promotes unity by encouraging teamwork and collaborating with peers in all programs, he is also one our leaders for PRSS didactics, he leads and works from a place of empathy and kindness working to support and show gratitude to those around him. He works creatively with consumers to get their needs met and instills Hope in everyone he interacts with.
John is a PRSS on small teams who is passionate about providing quality client care and makes it a priority to instill HOPE in every interaction he has with clients. He demonstrates INCLUSION as he meets every client with a smile, goes out of his way to welcome clients, and does everything he can to make them feel comfortable to build their trust in him as a provider and in NC as an agency as they are seeking and learning about services. John demonstrates UNITY as he is a team player and constantly helps his team and the agency where he can without hesitation. He has served as a mentor to his peers through providing training, encouragement, and support in a KIND and compassionate way. Melissa

Melissa is a vital part of our Med Clinic. She keeps things going and is always willing to jump in to help. She is very knowledgeable and is able to communicate in an effective manner with both staff and our most vulnerable patients. She always has a smile on her face. Melissa is a joy to work with. Melissa has been an amazing support with medication clinic and working closely with med clinic and small teams to help coordinate consumer needs. Several consumers have expressed how Melissa's approach of kindness and inclusion has helped them in building trust. Melissa takes her time with every consumer and works to make each interaction meaningful. Melissa promotes hope with our consumers and her colleagues maintaining positivity each day and being a source of calm for those that are in crisis. Melissa is a PRSS/Wellness Coach with med clinic. She is a go-getter and makes things happen in a program that has many moving parts. Trust: Melissa has great follow through and has shown she can be trusted to get things done! This helps build trust amongst her colleagues which lends to effective team collaboration. Kindness: Melissa is caring and compassionate, and a great advocate for consumer needs. She develops relationships with consumers even through brief interactions, helping consumers feel heard and supported. Creativity: Melissa is actively creative in problem solving and coming up with creative solutions to meet client's needs.
Melissa is a "good scout"-always prepared to assist Med Clinic staff and GP Reception to monitor overflow, scheduling appts, doing refills, and problem solve She has excellent people skills-a natural leader who if given the opportunity will always rise to the occasion She uses her humor to diffuse tense situations and to "encourage" staff She is a woman of faith Where she excels is patient/consumer satisfaction! The consumers seek her out for her compassion She is 'their friend', she listens, doesn't judge, and assists consumers in getting their needs met-instilling hope We have many deserving staff; however, in the recent months Med Clinic has transitioned from six provider to three Melissa has supported the remaining staff and has assisted in making the transition seamless

Alicia is a light of hope to the RICCT consumers! She teaches them skills every day that they can use to reintegrate back into society Over the last few months, Alicia took it upon herself to create a 3-part phase program to help our RICCT consumers transition from prison back into society in 6-12 months She used not only her creativity but asked input from each of her consumers on what would be beneficial in their transition, as well as reaching out to other similar programs. It is apparent that Alicia wants only the best for her consumers and that is why I am nominating her for employee of the quarter!

Iris has gone above and beyond to help the FACT team with a Spanish speaking consumer Iris not only translates when needed, she has coordinated care with family, hospitals, and most recently the Consulate of the Dominican Republic She goes out of her way to help consumers with obtaining the best care to include supporting them with resources, thinking outside the box, and personally checking in/following through with their care. Iris has been outstanding and is a vital asset to the team, agency, and community. Iris has helped the FACT team with a Spanish speaking consumer with no complaints. She has added multiple tasks to her plate and helped with thinking outside the box She is a huge asset to this agency and community
Jamie Hazelwood

Jamie has an "inside light" that shines upon anyone who is nearby Her kindness, soft voice and expert listening skills make her perfect for her role here at NorthCare Her creativity brings such a warm, inclusive vibe in her office. I love that she has some items on display in her office and some in progress. What a great metaphor for us all. Continual works in progress and hopefully, for each, our "better angels" naturally on display. Something about Jamie's approach invites hope and trust; especially because she is bilingual. Jamie is a fantastic team member (I know from experience) bringing unity and collaboration for all. Collaboration is probably my favorite word in business and in non-profit!

Meagan Elliott is one of the Engagement Coordinators on the Prevention Side. Meagan uses extensive experience and her creative levels of ingenuity to apply to her position. She would be impressive enough on that basis alone. The reason why I am nominating Meagan is because everyone she engages with can sense her level of earnest and invested interest in the success of others It isn't just about hitting the numbers that reflect success (although she has gone above and beyond in that sense as well) but it's about the thoughtful outreach and development of relationships with anyone willing to speak with her She is willing to help out and support anyone she works with and does not have an unkind word for anyone. She exudes professionalism all while embodying the values that we as a company hold dear. As someone who has the privilege of working with her frequently, I wanted to share my genuine appreciation for all of the hard work she does. She certainly deserves recognition
