In line with our Nordisk belief, we as a company offer a gear bank packed with tents, sleeping bags, mats, and other outdoor equipment to lend out for all employees for them to experience nature with family and friends.

The physical, mental, and social benefits of an active outdoor lifestyle are well documented. We know that time spent in nature positively impacts your health and quality of life.

It is that simple!

Besides the Nordisk gear bank, we also offer two ‘outdoor days’ in addition to our normal holiday days per year, as long as they are spent out in nature
