General Information We’re thrilled you have selected Spur Catering for your special occasion. We strive to exceed your expectations and are looking forward to working with you to create the perfect menu to meet your needs. Please note, vegan and seasonal organic menus are available upon request. Furthermore, we’re happy to customize menus based on your tastes and event.

MENUS Event details and banquet menus must be confirmed three (3) weeks prior to the event date. Your catering manager will then create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for your approval.

GUARANTEES The guaranteed food and beverage numbers must be provided by 12 noon, three (3) business days prior to the program’s start date, excluding weekends and holidays. This number will be the final guaranteed minimum and not subject to reduction after this time. Spur Catering will prepare 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. Final charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the total number of guests served, whichever is greater. If no guarantee number is provided, then the number of persons originally booked at time of contract will be used.

MENU PRICES Menu prices quoted are estimates only and may be subject to change, due to extraordinary changes in costs of commodities, labor, taxes or other similar reasons. Your catering manager may make reasonable menu substitutions should the situation arise. Menu prices are subject to a 21% service charge, taxed at 8%.

S P E C I A LT Y O R D E R S Our catering manager and executive chef are happy to assist with ordering any specialty food and beverage items in advance. Products that are not normally stocked by Spur Catering are considered specialty orders will be charged accordingly.


OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE No outside food or beverages are allowed at any event. Licensing restrictions require that only food and beverage purchased by Spur Catering can be served at events. Wyoming State Liquor Law makes it illegal for a retailer to knowingly allow a customer to bring spirits or liquor onto the licensed premises.

E N T E R TA I N M E N T All outdoor entertainment must conclude at or before 9:00 pm.

W E LCO M E G I F T S & PAC K AG E S Boxes and packages can be shipped by FedEx or UPS and stored one (1) week prior to the event date. The appropriate shipping address will be provided by your catering manager, who will be happy to assist with monitoring the arrival and storage of all boxes and packages. Your catering manager will also assist with arranging the distribution of welcome gifts for your guests upon arrival. Please provide the packaged amenity to your catering manager prior to your guests’ arrival.

TETON COUNTY CLERK’S OFFICE A wedding license costs $25.00, payable in cash only to the Teton County Clerk’s Office, and will be issued to you immediately. You do not need to be a Wyoming Resident to obtain a license in the state.
