details MENU Event details and banquet menus must be confirmed 30 days prior to the event date. Your catering manager will then create Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) for your approval. Vegan and seasonal organic menus are available upon request. Some menu items may be subject to seasonal availability. All prices are subject to a 21% service charge and 8% local sales tax. Menu and prices are subject to change based on availability and market fluctuations. Prices are confirmed 90 days prior to any event. Substitutions may require additional changes. For groups of twenty (20) or less, a $150 Daily Labor Fee will apply.

GUARANTEES The guaranteed food and beverage numbers must be provided by 12 noon, three (3) business days prior to the program start date, excluding weekends and holidays. This number will be the final guaranteed minimum and not subject to reduction after this time. We will prepare 5% above the guaranteed number of guests. Final charges will be based on the guaranteed number of guests or the total number of guests served, whichever is greater. If guarantee is not provided, the estimated number of people will become the guarantee.

O F F S I T E C AT E R I N G All events catered outside of hotel’s event space rooms will be an additional $12 per person on total food pricing. Prices are subject to a 21% service charge and 8% tax.

MEAL SERVICE Plated and buffet meal service is based on a two (2) hour serve time. All buffets have a minimum of twenty (20) people. If you have less than twenty (20) people, there will be an additional fee of $150. An extension of actual service times is subject to additional fees.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES Due to local regulations on self-serve style buffets, a $150 server attendant fee is required for all food and beverage stations. There will be a labor fee for Chef Attendants of $160 each. An Early Chef Fee and Early Server Fee of $160 each will be applied to any food ordered prior to a 7:00am start time. There is a $200 fee for a dance floor. If a room set-up is changed within twenty four (24) hours of the event, there will be a minimum additional fee of $200 for the re-set. On national holidays an additional labor fee may be added for meals/setup. Package handling fees apply for all incoming and outgoing boxes.

S E RV I C E C H A RG E , G R AT U I T I E S A N D TA X E S The combined gratuity and service charge that is in effect on the day of your event will be added to your account. Currently, the combined charge is equal to 21% of the food and beverage total, plus any applicable state and/or local taxes.

S P E C I A LT Y O R D E R S Our catering manager and executive chef are happy to assist with ordering any specialty food and beverage items in advance. Products that are not normally stocked are considered specialty orders will be charged accordingly.

OUTSIDE FOOD & BEVERAGE No outside food or beverages are allowed at any event. Licensing restrictions require that only food and beverage purchased by Spur Catering can be served at events. Wyoming State Liquor Law makes it illegal for a retailer to knowingly allow a customer to bring spirits/liquor onto the licensed premises.

E N T E RTA I N M E N T Entertainment for indoor functions must conclude at or before 12 midnight. All outdoor entertainment must conclude at or before 10:00 pm.
