HBCU Prime Contracting Leveraging the unique assets of our Historically Black Colleges and Universities The United States Federal Government has set forth regulations that specifically identify set-aside opportunities for Historical Black Colleges & Universities and Minority Institutions (HBCU/MI). The HBCU Tapestry Program is a collaborative partnership led by the National Minority Technology Council (NMTC) to bolster the individual and aggregate capacity of HBCUs t

to effectively advocate set asides for federal research and service contracts. Tapestry works to increase our member HBCU revenue, workforce relevance, and jobs, all designed to increase our nation’s HBCU infrastructure and their measured results.
