The Council Exchange Board of Trade (Council Exchange) is a 501c6 trade association serving the common business interests of the Minority Technology Industry.
Over the past eight years Council Exchange has engaged in design based research developing learning systems that bridge the knowledge divide in an effort to bolster a talent supply chain and build stakeholder partnerships among regional economic ecosystems.
The Growth Algorithms included in this document illuminate this research effort and begins to connect and apply both mitigation and technology based economic development strategies to build wealth and prosperity both here in the United States and across the globe.
