Springboard Community By taking part in Springboard, participants have the opportunity to actively participate in twelve one-day career success workshops, over a year, packed with valuable insights and a range of tools to apply in their own workplace. This workshop introduces tools to fully explore problems and decisions, identify solutions, and evaluate options, including using strategic approaches to solve complex problems.

Harnessing Creativity Participants develop their creative abilities by exploring techniques for idea generation and approaches to support their own creative thinking. This session explores innovation and tools to lead innovation in a team environment.
Project Management Projects are crucial in organisations for introducing new products and services and managing change. Participants discover the lifecycle of projects and different approaches used to manage them, understand risks and constraints in projects, and explore factors that enable projects to succeed.

Presentation Skills Giving presentations is an important professional skill, but often a cause of anxiety. This session helps participants to overcome their nerves by really considering their audience and purpose, and adapting their communication and visual aids appropriately, it considers both live and media-based presentations.
Goal Setting and Reflection For career success, individuals need to take responsibility for their own development. This workshop considers the importance of setting self-driven, realistic, achievable, but stretching goals. Participants use these goals to help them to manage and monitor their progress through engaging in reflective practice.
