Dear my darling Hedgehogs,

Wow, what a fantastic year we have had together. I would like to thank you and your family for making my first year here in Dubai and at North London Collegiate School one to remember. You have embraced every challenge thrown your way this year and I feel so honoured to be able to say I was your teacher. As we are a class who likes to sing, dance and show off our musical talents I have written you all a little song to say goodbye.

I heard that you’re moving to Grade 3

That you found a new teacher and you’re going to thrive

I heard that your dreams came true

But don’t forget the things that you learnt in Grade 2

Old friends, don’t be so shy

But I know you’ll be okay, I know you’ll smash it
