The KG2 Sports Day was an exciting event that brought together all the KG2 Students for a day of fun and physical activity. The event was held in February when the weather was cool, a perfect time to showcase their progress throughout the year.

The morning began with an opening ceremony, where the students marched onto the field in their sea of green, blue, red and yellow. The energy was high as the students cheered each other on and prepared for the mornings activities.

Throughout the day, students participated in various physical activities games, including races, obstacle courses and standing long jump. The students were divided into their house teams and displayed excellent teamwork, coordination and sportsmanship as they competed against each other.

Parents and teachers were present at the event, encouraging and supporting the students as they participated in the activities. The atmosphere was lively and filled with excitement as everyone enjoyed the morning. Many cheers were had from the students as they watched their mums and dads race in the parent’s 100 meter dash!

In addition to the physical activities the students were treated to ice lollies from London Diary provided by the Parents Guild. These were a very welcome pleasure to cool us down. Overall, the KG2 Sports Day was a fun-filled event that promoted physical activity, teamwork, and healthy habits among our KG2 students. The students had a great time and were proud of their accomplishments, making it a memorable day for everyone involved.
