These words encompass what has been felt within the Whales class and what has been demonstrated throughout this academic year. The Whales have established a love for learning that has shone through all the work that they have done. Becoming excellent communicators has been key to their success. This has developed throughout the year and the students have progressed with these skills, becoming collaborative learners – learning best when they work together. From house competitions, trips, school visits, celebrations, sports day to assemblies the year has been full of surprises, fun, learning and friendships.

In Whales Class we all belong A happy place where we sing our song Learning new things every day and making memories along the way.

We paint and draw, we count and read Our imaginations are all we need To explore the world around us so vast With our friends in the Whales Class.

Our teachers are patient, kind and wise Guiding us through each surprise Encouraging us to be our best And helping us to pass every test.

We play and laugh and have some fun Learning together, one by one Growing taller and wiser each day, In Whales Class we love to stay.

So here’s to the class we adore Our Whales Class, we love you more Than words could ever say We’ll cherish you forever and a day.
