• Concert Production. Coordinate with appropriate NVS personnel to schedule concerts, rehearsals, and other details pertaining to the concert season.

• Social Media and Website Management. Maintain an NVS presence on Facebook, Instagram and other platforms as deemed necessary; oversee the creation and maintenance of the NVS website, and the preparation and sending of email announcements to various audiences.

• Office Management. Supervise maintenance of a current database (including email addresses) of orchestra personnel and other stakeholder groups; oversee accounts receivable and payable; review and maintain budget; supervise volunteers; and complete other tasks as needed.
