To better protect your account, Nippon Life Benefits has introduced MultiFactor Authentication (MFA) for all logins through the mobile app.
How It Works:
Log In: Enter your Username and Password as usual
Choose Your Verification Method: Select how you'd like to receive your One-Time Password (OTP), either by email or text message
Enter Your OTP: Once you receive the 6-digit code, enter it into the app to complete your login
Need a New Code? Tap Resend OTP if it expires or doesn’t arrive. This keeps your account secure thanks for helping us protect your info.
