Dream: IWG & Regus Nineteen in Pole Position Background: International Management
We created a range of themed “pop-up mini-messe events” with table booths, “elevator speeches” and facilitated social networking to connect people with passion - mixing Regus family and Vienna Hub members. With lockdown, we moved online and pivoted as required. The plan is that social capital is increased by people talking to other people in the rooms, either face2face or online. 2022 holds new promise.

Alexandra Passions: Physiotherapy, alternative medicine, painting. Dream: That people understand the power of the relationship between Body-Emotions-Mind. To train therapists to treat patients with love and empathy. Background: I am a physiotherapist born in eastern Europe, and that combination has made me be “the best version of me” each and every day. I have 5 years of experience in the field; mostly with children, but also with adults. Physiotherapy is creativity. You use your mind to bring your patients into the best condition they can ever be.
Project: Currently I am developing a business based on a cold laser therapy called Quantum Reflex Integration. This method, combined with massage, can bring you to your deep Still Point. This will help your body and mind to relax, and allow it to heal, while integrating your emotions within your self.

This has three missions in order to fulfill the vision of facilitating millions of people in learning English throughout the world: First - to make distance learning available to people who have been struggling in their goal of learning English by offering online classes with expert English teachers.. Second - to ease English learning by using modern technology. Learners from around the world can attend our online courses from the comfort of their home and thus they can save time and energy. Third - to make the English learning experience enjoyable and effective.

Project: An example project: EU ICT Project - This project offers us two concepts that need to be integrated with each other for a better future in the new world: Seniors and ICT. The aging population will be isolated from social life and have bigger difficulties to cope with the different situations brought by aging if they are left alone and cannot integrate with technology. Seniors, who may have difficulty in leaving their homes, will not be excluded from social life thanks to technology, they will be able to undertake their tasks, shopping, bank transactions more easily, connect with their loved ones through technological means and access lifelong learning opportunities on the internet. Thus, the technology will not only eliminate the feelings of loneliness but will also contribute to their participation in social life through various platforms.

In POLYMATH HOUSE successful polymaths give lectures and courses to children and adults on a wide range of subjects from neuroscience to filmmaking. As China’s first cultural and creative park project in Europe, Shanghai & Florence-Sino Italian Design Exchange Center (Florence Base) actively helps outstanding Chinese enterprises to make connections with high-quality design resources and famous fashion firms in Italy. Now, the base has become the bridgehead for Shanghai fashion and design enterprises to enter the European market. It promotes exchanges and project cooperation between China and Italy in design and fashion fields. Today, Shanghai’s design forces are gradually invited into Florence and the European market.

He is also a cofounder of the World Summit Award, an initiative within the United Nationʹs World Summit on the Information Society. He was from 1998 to 2002 assistant professor at the University of Innsbruck, Austria, the Institute for Urban Design and Regional Planning, constructing virtual cities and teaching new media techniques. He had teaching assignments from 2003 till 2006 at the Institute of Experimental Architecture and since 2012 at the University of Applied Sciences in Vienna at the Institute for Renewable Energy. Projects: Under Tokens of Life Uganda we run multi programs. EDUCATION; we source school fees for children in Uganda, especially Naggalama Village and am glad they are all receiving an education. With the help of local leaders, we organise regular community cleaning programs in various communities. We also have tree planting programs in Uganda and have planted close to 2000 trees in two years. Through the foundation as well, we support elderly people by providing them with basic needs and medical help. We have recently also started a program of training women to make reusable sanitary pads since they are pretty expensive in Uganda. We bring together youth with a passion for humanity and offer services... I am driven by giving hope

PROJECTS; Maasaiduka is a social enterprise brand that seeks to connect you with the thousands of villages, slums and refugees artisans products who live in vulnerable conditions, in order to boost their development and contribute to their well-being. We combine their traditional crafts with pieces designed for you, creating products with a positive impact both for those who use them and bring additional livelihood to women and their families. Beading is the tribal art and talent of Maasai, who have been famed for their adornment for centuries. Mamas 2 Mamas - a technology programme that empowers children to learn coding through peer learning it’s hard not to get swept up in the whole idea of large sexy scalable businesses. The Facebooks and the Googles are really awesome and they do great things, but I also really admire the person who gets up every day and goes to market and sells their handcrafted items, They’re adding to the economy and they’re also creating jobs. Everybody has a value they can bring to the world we all dream of.

Vienna Hub @ Regus Nineteen Elisha Bonne Idée Byamungu Passion: Elisha aims to share his passion for helping others through the projects he takes on. Dream: Working towards restoring dignity to refugees and the host community and to make trainees self-reliant after training. Background: Through his own commitment to life-long learning, Elisha sets an example. He has completed 15+ courses accessible to him in Kakuma through NGOs and CBOs. These include business studies, ICT, counselling and permaculture courses.
Projects: HumanShineDream Elisha started HumanShineDream in 2019 and it has really taken off in 2020. He works with four other young inhabitants of Kakuma to bring training to those in their community. The CBO aims to enhance/improve people’s lives through: - Education in digital technology; - Developing coping skills to deal with stress disorders; and - Acquiring livelihood skills. These are the major keys to positive change guaranteeing humane conditions for all.Optimal existence is the principal objective. HSD aims to help community members understand their rights, use self-control and transfer these skills to others. Jenga Ndoto - Set a Dream Informal Training Project In collaboration with Democratic Learning Services, HSD runs a practical hands-on project and their first cohort of 46 will complete their training in August 2020. There is a waiting list for those wanting to join the courses. Trainees leave the courses with useful skills to assist them in starting their own ventures. Small pods of neighbours are assisted with basic materials to start off their own enterprises after completion of the courses. Funding is required to develop these aims and to implement plans to build the community.

PROJECTS Democratic Learning Services - we work in diverse environments ranging from parliaments, universities and research councils to schools and informal education hubs. Modelling democratic teaching to empower individuals to take responsibility and find solutions for their own communities. We identify key changemakers to be our hands on the ground and to assist with the building of practical skills. Jenga Ndoto - Set a Dream - Informal Training Program (based Kakuma refugee camp in Kenya). Participants acquire and share skills to trade for goods or income. The first two courses are hand sewing projects. Computer coding and other skills are planned with focus on training young people & women. Learn with Grandma encourages intergenerational learning through digital technology - as volunteer administrator I assist the 50+ country groups currently active on fb.

In particular the execution of the final product, the passion of the creator, and the story behind the brand/person. Example: Kiton (only some articles interesting), Silvano Lattanzi (shoes), Paolo Scafora (shoes), Facenti (socks), etc. Traveling and being influenced by different cultures and thoughts. Dream: Either running my fashion brand/being a supplier to bigger brands or work with big/small brands in the fashion sector. Background: Currently being enrolled in a master's program regarding the Export and internationalization of SME. As a side hustle, doing B2B and B2C business regarding High-End brands that have been acquired at “close-outs”.
Projects: Currently setting up a new online shop with my excess inventory that has not been sold via B2B channels. Maybe expanding my side hustle to a full-time job and focusing on catering to B2C clients. As this is my first business adventure, I try my best to avoid costly mistakes and thus am being currently very slow in building the platform.

Background: Have lived most of my life in England, but twice lived in Vienna for seven years, separated by forty years in England and Scotland! In the UK I was actively involved in running several community initiatives - often on a voluntary basis - with intriguingly different aims such as fundraising, marketing, developing educational resources, improving local internet access, developing and maintaining community or private websites. I also co-founded and ran a fun club for German-speaking children, so that my own children could improve their German language skills, ran a Kumon maths club for children aged 2 to 16, and co-founded and ran a storysacks service based at a local village school. In recent years I have taught a rich diversity of people aged 2 to 85 English and Business English.

Background: Studied at Kyambogo University, one of the largest public Universities in Uganda with well established academic programmes and facilities, and over 100 affiliate institutions all over Uganda.
We support street children, orphans, vulnerable children and people with disability - with materials like: Mattresses, bedsheets, blankets, books, pens, clothes, shoes, school bags, iPads and food. We train skills to children and youth such as bread making and arts and crafts. In banking we give parents money as loans to boost their Business and to improve their health and when thex are able to they pay the loans back.

Dream: Background: In 1996, twelve year old Santigie Bayo Dumbuya was among several boys who were taken from Kamabonko Village to fight for the Revolutionary United Front during the Sierra Leone Civil War. Fighting near the Guinean border, by the age of fourteen Santigie had sustained multiple bullet and shrapnel wounds. In 1999 he went to Freetown to recover from the war, complete his education and founded We Yone Child Foundation (WYCF) in 2009.

Nashipai Maasai Community Projects - rehabilitation and restoration of Naning’oi School and rescue center so as to give girls of Mosiro equal access to education and a safe place free from any form of violence - Girls education campaigns to ensure that no girl is left behind in sustainable development - permaculture; coming from a nomadic pastoral community, there is need to introduce permaculture/Agroecology to the Maasai so as to address food and nutrition security. - community demonstration garden to teach locals permaculture and how to grow their own food

Project : Currently instrumental in setting up a CSR program for a client in Malaysia to address youth unemployment. The program facilitates a group of aspirational entrepreneurs to identify and set up their ventures in order to impact the Malaysian economy.and generate youth employment. My responsibilities include identifying and training a core team to run the program (including training the coach/mentors), designing course plans as well as facilitating sessions and working towards a business model for commercial launch. At myClubs we help people find the sport they love, and then, all of a sudden, they find time for it. When companies see how powerful it is to bring their teams together by combining it with sport, they'll see the impact in their productivity too.
