Then I would request that we make it viable and start to kick up anytime soon. Our kids both the primary and secondary school going kids have to walk 5 km from our village to access an internet in cybercafe.The time and energy they used to cobmver that distance should be converted to other important activities like farming and tree planting. We need to do research for modern farming method and trainings . ViFaO should train it's members computer skills is data storage,financial records and other computer services too Collaboration with folks from outside the country will be easy too
