BUSTIQUE

B

ustique is an asset to breeding in every sense. He has achieved many successes already, including the vice-championship at the KWPN Stallion Selection, his approval with 81 points and winning the first Stallion Competition. He made an excellent start at the 20112012 Stallion Competition by winning a 1st, two 2nd and a 5th prize. He consistently shows speed, carefulness, scope and intelligence. The second place in the 1.40m class of the VHO trophy was one of the highlights for rider Michel Hendrix and Bustique in 2014. Bustique was sold expensively as a colt. At the KWPN Stallion Sale he was sold to Stal Hendrix Baarlo and Susan Grange for the highest price. His offspring are also popular. In 2011 his son Game Boy K (Bustique x G.Ramiro Z) was the most expensive foal going for 19,000 euros at the Limburg Sports Foal Auction in Weert. All this is no coincidence, given its extraordinary pedigree. Father Indoctro is among the best show jumper suppliers in the world. His mother Jutha (Grannus x Argentinus x Zeus) is a Preferent Prestatie mare of exceptional quality with a pedigree of three legendary stallions in a row. Furthermore she gave birth to the 1.60m Grand Prix horse Mustique (by Indoctro) with Yann Candele, the international 1.50m show jumper Noor (by Libero H) with Carry Huis in ‘t Veld and the 1.35m show jumper Uiltje (by Lux) with Leon Kuijpers. Noor is also mother of the Grand Prix show jumper Team Harmony Hypnotic (by Baloubet du Rouet) with Ibrahim Bisharat.

Cape Coral RBF Z’s dam-line is also very interesting. He originates from the very good Holstein bloodline number 429, via Argentinus and Corofino I. This dam-line produced many excellent horses including the preferente Numero Uno (Marco Kutcher), the international jumping horse Kassini’Jac (Ludo Philippaerts), Churchill (Cameron Hanley) and Dutch Capitol (Leon Thijssen). Cape Coral RBF Z shows time and time again that he has his sire’s genes. This makes Cape Coral RBF Z a high potential, both in sport and breeding. His way of jumping is exceptional and he has the power and ability that can take him to the highest level in showjumping. Cape Coral RBF Z is currently being succesfully competed by Stal Hendrix rider Pieter Keunen.

F

ly was crowned champion with a total score of no less then 85 points at the exams of the KWPN performance testing in the fall of 2015. He is a son of Kashmir van Schuttershof. Fly thereby has a sire who we can certainly count amongst the leaders in worldwide jumping horse breeding. Kashmir van Schuttershof’s offspring prove this at the highest level in the sport every week. Several of his progeny are the 1.60m-horses Riesling du Monselet, who is ridden by the Belgian Gregory Wathelet, and H&M All In who competes at the highest level under the Swedish rider Peder Fredricson. Fly received his stud certificate from the Belgian Zangersheide studbook in 2014. In the Spring of 2015 he was bought by Stal Hendrix, where he is now being trained by Stal Hendrix rider Tim van den Oetelaar. Fly combines Kashmir van Schuttershof’s talent and winner’s mentality with an exceptionally talented Holstein bloodline. Dam Ravenna herself had a high blood percentage. Fly however resembles his sire; partly through his build, front leg technique and bascule. His use of his body is also very promising for the future sports career of this young and talented stallion.
