Ace’s sire Acobat II produced in Germany two approved stallions and 48 offspring that have jumped 1.40m or higher. Ace’s mother Umina produced Apachee (by Acobat II), who jumped at the Asian Games in Doha in 2006 with Maijd Sharif at 1.50m. Umina is also the mother to the approved ZFPD stallion Lieber Boy (by Landvogt). Her branch has produced the international jumping horses: Cuincy (by Calato, 1.50m with Philp Ruping), Altini (by Latus II, 1.60m with Diego de Riu Tuja and 1.50m with Eiron Ryan), Pommard (by Lux Z, 1.40m with WIljan Laarakkers), Quick Star (by Quick Star, 1.50m with Ibrahim Hani Bisharat), and Minetta I (by Acobat I, 1.40m with Anna Blum). His grandmother, Damina (by Anklang) produced the 1.40m Alf 67 (by Aloube Z) who competed under several riders including Frits Fervers. Damina’s daughter Plesona (by Landgraf I) produced the international show jumpers: Ace FLB (by Cardento, 1.45m with Linn Jonsson), Cotton Club (by Cantus, 1.45m with Beata Strazalkowsksa), Charlston 12 (by Caretino, 1.45m with Michael Hechtner) and the Holsteiner approved stallion Caproni (by Cor de la Bryere). Ace is currently standing at Wild Turkey Farm, having been retired from the show ring.

Owner Comments: Born at the renowned breeder Hobe Bernhard’s facility in Kollmar,

Germany, Aliano was imported from Germany in 2004, with the help of Karen Reid from Foxfire Farm (US). He is an outstanding stallion and a true gentleman with an incredibly kind disposition. This is a stallion of very modern type with excellent bone structure and length of leg. He shows extravagant movement and exceptional jumping ability. Currently in training at the Grand Prix level of Dressage with a German certified “Pferdewirtschaftsmeister” (Master Rider/Trainer). He has successfully competed at Prix St George and Intermediaire I. Aliano is demonstrating that he has what it takes to perform at the highest levels of Dressage. Aliano has his Lifetime Breeding License with the Oldenburg NA based on his Dressage performance and has been approved with the RPSI as well as the Holsteiner registries. Since 2005, Aliano has produced several Premium, Champion and Reserve Champion foals as well as a licensed son, and several Premium Mares. Many of his offspring are now competing with great success in all disciplines (Dressage, Jumper, Hunter and Eventing). Aliano comes from one of the best combinations of A and C lines with what is considered to be one of the most important and notable German stamm 318D2. He offers a golden pedigree, with excellent international quality for both Dressage and Jumping. Aliano has an outstanding lineage on both the dam and sire sides. His pedigree includes several Olympic stallions, such as Alasca, Ahorn Z, Corrado I, Capitol, Fernando, and Ramiro. Furthermore, almost all the mares in his pedigree have left their mark on the Holsteiner breed with significant achievements. Among them, Aliano’s dam, Nele IV, is an Elite mare with the Holsteiner Verband. His grandmother, Valeska IV, is said to be one of the most important and influential mares for the Holsteiner breed. She was a successful show Jumper before becoming a broodmare and produced exceptional offspring, including several approved stallions - Camiros, Corofino I and II, Diarado and Counter, to name a few. Another important mare in Aliano’s pedigree is Tropica (paternal grandmother) who produced the spectacular Olympic stallion Gestion Silvano N ridden by Ellen Bontje until he was sold in 2012 to Mr. Paul Schockemohle. The mare Option, who produced the stallion Zangersheide Coriano Z, is also a part of Aliano’s pedigree. These are just some of the exceptional horses found in Aliano’s lineage. This is a stallion that has proven to produce top quality and versatile foals!

Owner Comments: At his approvals in 1995, Ariadus came in 4th earning him Premium Stallion status. He received a “9” for type and 54 bonits. Ariadus is an excellent example of the modern Holsteiner stallion, substance but with legginess and grace. He’s startlingly beautiful. His legs are nearly perfect. He received an “8” for legs.

Acord II, Ariadus’ sire, was the most sought after breeding stallion in Germany for two years because of his rideability, jumping abilities and bloodlines of Ahorn Z. Through his dam’s line, Ariadus goes back to the renowned Landgraf I. Ariadus’ great granddam, Folia, was the mother of the legendary Capitol I. Ariadus is one of those rare and sought after stallions to truly stamp his foals. He consistently produces Premium Foals, including the Dressage at Devon Weanling Champion and Horse of the Year 2 Year Old Gelding for USDF. Ariadus is proving himself. In 2005 Ariadus produced the Premium Champion mare and 2 Premium yearlings at the Florida site, as well as a Premium colt at the Virginia site. Verband Eligible. *Special consideration for multiple mares and Premium Holsteiner mares. Send for our video featuring Camiros, Ariadus, Linaro, Carpaccio, Limoncello II and other stallions from the Holsteiner Verband. We collect and ship 7 days per week.

Owner Comments: Bratt Z’s extraordinary jumping abilities earned him a perfect score of 10/10 at the 2004 Canadian Warmblood Approvals (1st stallion to ever receive such a score!) and he did it again in 2005 at the AHHA approvals receiving, 10, 10, 10 for free jumping. He demonstrates world class athleticism, combining strength and elasticity. He is extremly respectful and has a very kind disposition. Bratt Z combines remarkable qualities and bloodlines. His sire, Baloubet Du Rouet, is the best performing stallion of all time. He has won three consecutive World Cup finals, two Olympic medals including the individual gold medal at the 2004 Athens Olympic games with Rodrigo Pessoa. The dam’s sire, Capitol, has numerous offspring (Dobel’s Cento, Cassini, Calato, Carthago, Indoctro, etc.) performing successfully all over the world, earning top honors at World Championships as well as Olympic games. Bratt Z is a must for your breeding program. Bratt Z sired the 2009 and 2011 Canadian National Stallion Performance Test Champions and 3 AHHA approved stallions. The 2012 season held many outstanding performances by Bratt Z offspring. Two accomplishments to highlight would be that of Calista (Bratt Z/Calido), Quebec 5 year old Jumper Champion and 3rd overall in the Canadian Young Horse Championships, as well as that of Pina Colada (Bratt Z/Pilot), who proved competitive all season at the Grand Prix level and claimed victory in a $34K FEI Grand Prix. 9

Owner Comments: Cacique is sired by the powerfully athletic jumper Cambridge who demonstrated exceptional skill at the earliest levels. Cambridge is known for his successful breeding career that has presented progeny endowed with outstanding paces, true to type of their remarkable sire. These exemplary traits are evident in the outstanding gaits of Cacique. Cacique is out of Kalanda II, a modern, beautifully refined Verband States Premium mare (53 bonits, with 5 scores of 8).Kalanda is sired by Linaro. Linaro was both a Verband Stallion Approval winner and a Stallion Performance Test Champion, a rare accomplisment, even for the best of horses. Linaro’s sire is the legendary Landgraf I, who is known as the most important stallion in the past half century of Holsteiner breeding. Cacique is bred to be a Champion. He has gone on to a highly successful career in the dressage arena. He was moved to California in 2006 to continue the development of his career under the guidance of internationally acclaimed trainer/rider, Sabine Schut-Kery.Some of his performance highlights include, 2007 Reserve Horse of the Year in Region 9, 2008 winner Prix St. George USDF Adequan All Breeds, Holsteiner. Most recently 2009 California Dressage Society - Prix St. George Horse of the Year and USDF Prix St. George Region 7 Champion. 11

Owner Comments: Cadogen began his show career in 2016 in the hunters.

He had successes at 2’6” and 2’9” including hack wins before switching to the jumpers and finishing the year at 1.15m. 2017 saw him making his mini prix debut and also qualifying for the Midwest YJC Finals 7yo division at 1.30m. Cadogen has a fantastic work ethic, is brave and loves to be in the show ring. He has the same easy gaits, rhythm and balance as his sire (Conifer). We are expecting more from him in 2018. Cadogen’s dam traces to Ladykiller top and bottom. His sire traces to Merano. The L-line is known for its ridability while the M-line is known for its athleticism. We hope his foals will inherit these attributes as well as his work ethic. Check out our Facebook page and website for more information.

Owner Comments: Caligula II was sired by the legendary Grand Prix

jumper, Cambridge. Cambridge was the 1994 champion of the German Bundeschampionat in Mannheim. Besides Caligula I and Caligula II, he is also the sire of Catoki and Chambertin.

His dam, Asteria (Landego], produced two licensed stallions. Stamm 4025 has produced many 1.40m – 1.60m horses, including Classic Touch (Caletto II), Lavantus (Liostro) and Prissy (Caligula II). Caligula II was licensed by the Holsteiner Verband in 1999 and imported to the U.S. by Fairwind Farm. He was shown successfully in the 4’ classes but his career was ended after an unfortunate injury. A sire for both jumping and dressage, he passes along his unbelievably kind temperament as well as his correct gaits and powerful movement. Caligula II has sired many premium foals, including Uriana, Valley Girl, Commodore and Court Marshall.

Owner Comments: Calito is an approved son of the stallion Calido. His sire, Calido, is considered to be one of the best Holsteiner stallions of these times. His offspring are known for their type, jumping ability and technique as well as their rideability. Calido has sired more than 50 licensed sons. His dam sire, Calato, is one of the most prolific sons of Capitol. He was competed successfully by Herbert Blocker, who started him in the Bundeschampionat. Under the Danish Junior rider Jennifer Pederson Foghd, he continued his career; the pair won the Scandinavian and Danish Championship of Young Riders. Calato produces offspring with great temperaments, exceptional movements, good scope and excellent rideability. Calito continues the line of his sire and dam sire with a great temperament, beautiful movement, and great jumping technique. He received his approval at the 2014 Holsteiner Verband Stallion Approvals. He completed his 70 day stallion test in Germany, winning the free jumping portion of the test and finishing 4th overall. Calito will be joining Mandy Porter as part of her Wild Turkey Farm show string in 2018, which includes WT Leapfrog, Coruscant and WT Ca-Pow! Available only by frozen semen. Owner Comments: Capone I is ranked 25th per the USEF rankings as a

Jumper Sire as of 11/13/17. In 2006 and 2007, the FEI ranked him among the top 200 showjumpers in the world. With his rider Kyle King, in 2011 he placed third in their first competition to the $25,000 HITS Grand Prix and then just a week later they won the $25,000 Smartpak Grand Prix. Later on that year they won the $100,000 Oil Patch Grand Prix . With over ten Grand Prix wins under their belt, including the prestigious CN Performance Grand Prix at Spruce Meadows, King and Capone I were quite impressive. No wonder Capone was awarded the prestigious “Elite Stallion” award by the BWP in 2012. Capone is a real all around stallion with strong work ethic, is easy going, kind, smart, and possesses a never-give-up attitude. He is light on the forehand, quick with his knees and scopey, stamping his offspring with his athleticism, keenness, wisdom, passion for jumping, and natural talent for dressage.

Owner Comments:

Tallin Farm – Danish Sporthorses is proud to announce that we have acquired the Holsteiner Stallion Carmargue. This light bay son of the famous Cassini II impressed at the stallion licensing in 2005. He jumped with huge capacity, overview and super bascule and scored a 9,5 and was sold for the record of 230,000Euro to Denmark at the Holsteiner auction that year. In 2006 Carmargue was approved for the Danish Warmblood and achieved the highest scores of 9.5 and 10 in free jumping. He later that year passed the stallion performance test with an impressive score of 915.5 in free jumping. In 2007 he became the premium jumping stallion in Herning, Denmark, for 4 year old horses and received his final approval. In 2008 Carmargue attended the 5 year old young horse world championships at Zangersheide and qualified for the finals. As a 9 year old, he won the 1.30m class and had his first start in the 1.40m class at the stallion show in Herning. That same year, his son Birkegaardens Charmeur was jumper colt of the year in DWB. In 2010, he won the youngster finals at the yearly Christmas show and in 2011, his 3 year old son Count On Me T got his stallion approval and went on to become the most expensive jumper stallion at the Elite Auction. Also that year, Carmargue debuted at Grand Prix level. In 2012, son MB Birkegaardens Charmeur obtained his full license, while Carmargue placed 2nd in the S-class gala show jumping at the Danish national stallion show. In 2013, daughters Cambodia and Dior respectively won and became number two in the Young Horse Championships in Herning. In 2014, daughter Clara won the same with a perfect 10 in capacity from test rider Lars Bak Andersen, and Carmargue himself competed in several 1.45—1.50m classes with great success. In 2015, the American young rider Wilton Porter acquired the 8-year old son of Carmargue, Major, and won the Silver Oak young horse class in MA the same year. Wilton trains with Jeroen Dubbeldam who is currently riding this young jumper, bringing him along for the top of the sport. In 2016, Carmargue was sold to Tallin Farm and will be offered to American breeders in 2017 and beyond. Carmargue son, Comic, qualified for the Macclay finals in Kentucky, and son, Cabas, sold to Switzerland to further his sport career.

Owner Comments: Catiago is a tall, modern stallion. Sire Cambridge was a successful sport horse and is a top sire. He was a top finisher as 5 and 6 year old in the German Championships and went on to advanced showjumping, all with Ludger Beerbaum. Cambridge progeny have excelled in sport and breeding. The top young sires Chambertin and Catoki , both Cambridge sons, have jumped internationally and both have produced Verband approved sons of their own. Catiago’s mother, G-Catania (Carthago x Leonardo x Sacramento Song x Wahnfried, stam 2067), is a rare gem in Holsteiner breeding. She has produced five premium mares and two Verband approved stallions. In 2006 Catiago’s full sister, Magic Fox, was 3rd in the German 6 year old Bundeschampionat. Also in 2006 Catiago’s half brother by Contender, Carthano I Z, was approved by the Verband and sold to Zangersheide for more than $200,000. And of course, in 2010 Carthano II was approved in Neumunster with a “premium” award. G-Catania is the only offspring of the Leonardo mare, Alegre, from the spectacular producing mare, Mechthild. Mechthild produced the three 1.50m show jumpers, Cartouche (Cardinal), Lasso (Landmeister) and full brother, Leonardo (Landmeister) and two stallion mothers. In 2014 Catiago jumped 1.30m and 1.35m classes with good prizes each time out. Catiago has been retired from competition and currently stands at Auburn University College of Veterinary Medicine.

Owner Comments: Cedrus is tall, dark and handsome. He has the looks

and athletic ability to be every bit as successful as his sire. Cunningham won numerous tricolors in the regular conformation division. His grand sire is the incomparable Cassini I and both sire and dam trace back to Calypso II. His dam traces to the M-line. These horses were athletic with forward thinking attitudes making them suitable for all the Olympic disciplines. As a foal, Cedrus earned a 9 for his movement. He still has the same freedom, suspension and balance today that he needs to produce top dressage horses. He shows tremendous scope and technique in the free jump chute that we hope to also instill in his get. Cedrus’ first foal earned premium status and an 8 for movement at her approvals. Check out our Facebook page and website for more information.

Chamonix’s sire Caletto ll is the highly regarded son of Cor de la Bryere. Caletto ll died at six but did leave a legacy of many top class show jumpers. One of the most famous being the gold medal winner at the Barcelona Olympics, Classic Touch. Champ 163’s dam’s sire, Coronado, was himself an International Show Jumper. His progeny have reliably inherited his impressive jumping ability and style. He has notably influenced not only Holsteiner families but the Danish Warmbloods as well. Coronado has sired top performance horses such as Cajus, Cara Mia, and Cordano as well as having sired approved sons, such as Caspanos, Carry, Cassaro, Couleur, and Coronado Son. Corrado l, sire of Coronado, was a multiple Grand Prix winner, including at one of the world’s most prestigious events, Aachen, Germany. Champ’s quality extends far past his pedigree and his resume. His exceptional disposition, charisma, and soundness make him an excellent choice for breeders.

Owner Comments: Chicardo combines the extreme athleticism of his sire Clinton I with

a gentle temperament for mare owners that want to breed and raise their foals at home. Chicardo was Champion of his Holsteiner licensing (AHHA 2007) earning 52 bonits and 9’s in jumping and 8’s for his gaits. Also Reserve Grand Champion of his 70-day Stallion Performance Test (2011) where he received a rare perfect 10 for character and 9.5 for jumping. Reserve Champion of the 2007 Young Jumper Championship Mid-West Finals and competed up to Grand Prix (1.40m+) in showjumping in California through 2013. A leading producer of all around sporthorses, Chicardo has over thirty-five (35) USEF competition recorded offspring crossing all 4 USEF sanctioned disciplines as of October 2014. He has three approved stallion sons, two from the 2013 North American Stallion 70-day test. Chicardo’s sire, Clinton I, was a top international jumper and ranked among the top WBF jumper sires of the world. Ramiro, Cor de la Bryere, Corrado and Capitol I appear prominently in Chicardo’s blood; he represents the top performance stamm 1298 – one of the best in Holstein. Dam Mycarda also produced three licensed sons as testament to the quality of the “Lord” stamm. Chicardo stamps his foals with lovely heads, great movement, superior jumping technique and the desire to please their owners/riders. In statistics compiled by the AHHA evaluating Holsteiner stallion production quality, Chicardo leads the list with an astonishing 83% Premium foals (of 24 inspected), with average foal bonits of 8/8, leading both movement and conformation of all 58 qualifying Holsteiner stallions licensed in North America in 2010. Icewater’s dam Cicera is the full sister to Cavalier Royale, jumping phenom and eventing sire of the century, and the beautiful and powerful Cicero. Icewater consistently brings the jump to his offspring which is demonstrated with the two highest jumping MPT’s in 2010 and 2011. Icewater is a top consideration for your Holsteiner mare. 23

Clintord I has been competing and consistently placing at 1.60m levels with California rider Michelle Parker since he was imported in 2011. Among other achievements in 2014 he placed 3rd in a World Cup qualifier at Thermal, and also qualified for and placed in the Thermal AIG $1 Million, as well as ranking among the leading horses in the PCHA Grand Prix standings. As a three year-old in Europe he was champion of the Holstein 70-day Stallion Performance Test with a score of 146 including several perfect scores of 10 for jumping technique. He then went on to a prolific career as a sire in great demand. He has produced multiple approved premium offspring, including the Hanoverian stallion Clifton Ask who was Champion Jumper Stallion in the 2012 Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing as a three year-old and has been approved as a premium sire by both the Danish and Hanoverian studs. Clintord I is a beautifully balanced stallion combining elegance with power and substance, and displaying tremendous scope in the jumper ring. As well he has an intelligent and willing temperament and is a gentleman in this stable. In the U.S., his oldest offspring are just turning three, but they mirror his elegant type, athleticism, and superior temperament. Clintord I is descended from the finest Holsteiner lineage. His sire Clinton I was a highly successful international show jumper. Two full siblings of Clinton have won at Grand Prix level and S*** level. Six offspring of the exceptional mare Waage, dam line 4965, have been successful at the German Young Horse Championships. The actual estimation of Clinton’s breeding value is 157 points. Clintord’s dam Miss Monica carries the top blood of Caletto I and Lord. Great granddam Hilgunde and Caletto I produced the Holsteiner stallion Cambridge, line 1947. For years, Cambridge has sustained a top position in the FN estimation of breeding values. This extraordinary stallion is now accessible to North American breeders. VE Eligible.

Owner Comments: According to successful breeders, you have to combine the

interesting in order to attain the exceptional. Contento’s grandfather, Casall, a CaretinoLavall stallion, was a member of the 2012 Swedish Olympic team in London. He finished in the top 25 at the European Championships in 2013 and at the World Equestrian Games in 2014, and has won numerous Longines GCT Grand Prix. With more than 40 sons licensed for breeding and at least 44 states premium daughters, Casall is unquestionably one of the top jumper producers today. His son, Connor --Contento’s sire-- is a big-framed stallion with a particularly powerful back, long legs, and correct feet. Known for his scopey and careful jump, Connor chalked up numerous wins in young jumper classes and won the first ever 7-year-old jumper Championship at Elmshorn in 2013. Connor’s early crops have already yielded several states premium mares and four licensed Holsteiner sons. Contento’s dam, Ocora, contributes the Cor de la Bryere and Capitol lines through her sire, Corrado I. At 30 years old, Corrado is the oldest active Holsteiner Verband stallion and already is considered the founder of a Holsteiner sire line of his own. He is favored for passing on his tremendous jumping ability and great sport mentality to his offspring. Contento himself has found much success in the jumper ring, placing high in many 6yo YJC classes - he was 2016 YJC 6yo Circuit Champion at Thermal HITS Coachella, and 14th Overall in the 6yo YJC Young Jumper West Coast Championships. In 2017, he placed high in many YJC 7yo classes, and in several AO Classics. At the Sacramento International Horse Show, Contento earned the honor of 7yo Jumper Champion. This stylish stallion even placed in his first USHJA International Hunter Derby at the 2017 Santa Fe Summer Series. 29

Owner Comments: Contiano BF was Grand Champion of the 2010 German FN

authorized North American 70 day Sporthorse Stallion Licensing Test with an overall score of 129.88 including perfect 10’s for character and 9’s and 9.5’s for his jumping technique and scope. Contiano BF is designated an “elite” stallion licensed for breeding world wide by the German Oldenburg Verband (GOV-OS) - a rare accomplishment for a USA bred stallion. He also stands for mares from AHHA (Holsteiner), BWP, RPSI, Zangersheide, and KWPN. His first foal crop produced a fully licensed son (Camelot BF) who won the 2016 USEF Young Jumper Championships Finals at Del Mar and was third overall in Grand Prix Suitability at the Sacramento International Horse Show. In 2011-2016 Contiano BF has produced an astounding 79% premium foals including seven foals of distinction and three designated stallion prospects. In sport, he placed fourth in the Five year old Young Jumper Championship finals of 2011 (Western Division Finals at Showpark, Del Mar) one of only two horses to jump clean on the third and most demanding day of the final. Concentrating primarily on breeding in 2013 and 2014, he returned to the ring in 2015 claiming the open jumper show champion at the prestigious Menlo Charity Horse Show and in 2016, competing at Grand Prix with rider/trainer Daniel Zilla, he placed third at the $30,000 Blenheim Summer Festival Grand Prix 1.50m and was in the top ribbons at several other events on the California Grand Prix circuit. Contiano BF is best known for his exceptional temperament, explosive jump, and expansive movement (having won the dressage section of his stallion test as well as champion overall). Particularly good for mare owners who want to produce a strong all around sport foal with temperaments to raise up and ride themselves.

Recognized in 2007 as a premium foal by the AHHA, Contratto competed in the North American 70-day Stallion Test at Silver Creek Farms in 2012. For his jumping ability, he received a 10 for free jumping technique, a 9.5 for jumping scope, and a 9.25 for show jumping. His other scores included a 9 for temperament, a 9 for willingness to work, a 9 for cross country gallop, and a 9 for constitution. Contratto’s sire, Contendro I, is by Contender, out of a Reichsgraf mare, and has become famous for producing some of the best jumping horses in the world. Ridden by Mark Todd in the 2012 London Olympics, Contendro I’s offspring Campino helped New Zealand win a Bronze medal in eventing. As a breeding stallion in 2012, Contendro I was ranked 13th for show jumping and 10th for eventing by the WBFSH. Contratto’s dam, by Lord Calando out of a Caletto II mare, was an “S” level jumper in Germany, imported to the United States in 2000, where she successfully competed in the Medal/Maclay/Washington equitation divisions and zone finals for Junior Hunters. * Published stud fee is LFG for fresh and includes first two collections (shipping excluded). many other outstanding sport horses. Conway II’s dam, Wodka II has produced 4 licensed stallions as well as 7 show jumpers with FEI S level achievements. Conway II is the only remaining son of Wodka II who is one of the most successful mares in modern Holsteiner jumper breeding. Conway’s full sister Chika’s Way, who finished 2nd in the 2007 German Female Riders’ Championships and collected numerous placings at international top shows under Janne Friederike Meyer, stands out the most. The oldest Conway II offspring are now 8 year olds. One of the most successful is the mare Armata having won jumper classes to S level. Conway II qualified for the National Champions in Warendorf. He completed his stallion test as second best jumping stallion with top jumping marks. On track to become a champion jumper, an injury ended his competition career.

Owner Comments:

Coruscant was purchased at the 2013 Holsteiner Verband Annual Stallion Approval and Auction, where he was awarded Reserve Champion. Coruscant stayed in Germany for 2014 and completed his 70-day stallion test at the Holsteiner Verband. He received high scores (9s) for rideability and temperament. Judge’s comments from the Holsteiner Verband Stallion Approval: “An enormously nice type of Holsteiner stallion that increases his presence at every performance. The classical presence of this Connor son since his first selection has taken an incredibly positive development so that he is presented himself as a perfect type. The correct conformation gives him a beautiful physical appearance. His movement shows the suppleness of his gaits and his good interior. The walk is exceptional, the trot and canter show great elasticity and the stallion shows a natural talent over the jumps. He responds with great confidence around his environment and confirmed the quality of his mare stamm 569, the stamm of the stallions Quintero, Lamour, and Akinos.” Coruscant’s sire Connor is by the famed stallion Casall Ask out of the full sister to Corrado I (by Cor de la Bryere). Connor has jumped at 1.45m and has seven approved sons for the following studbooks: Holsteiner Verband, Mecklenburg, Oldenburg GOV and Zangersheide. Coruscant’s grandmother Lamina I (by Sir Shostakovich xx) competed at the CIC*** International Level with Inken Grafin von Platen Hallermund. Half brother to Lamina, Chap (by Clearway) jumped at the 1.40m level. Full brother to the great grandmother Galuta is Crunchy Nut (by Corrado I) who jumped 1.50m. Galuta also produced the 1.50m jumper Libelle DH (by Limbus). The stamm 569 has also produced the following stallions: Liguster (By Landsturm), Nocturn (by Ladykiller xx), Lamour (by Ladykiller xx), and the 1.60m horses Quinara Z (by Quinar) and Caliber (by Cassini I). Look for this young stallion to start his show career in 2017 with Mandy Porter in the irons. For more information on Coruscant and other Wild Turkey Farm stallions, please visit wildturkeyfarm.com

In 2011, Imothep was fully approved and licensed by the BWP and awarded the “Elite” status, becoming the only Indoctro son in Europe and North America who has been given this acknowledgement. In 2014 Imothep was awarded the Ambassador status with the BWP, was fully licensed with the KWPN and approved by AHHA. As a breeding stallion, Imothep has produced a champion colt in Germany in 2009, and two others in the US in 2011 & 2012 and continues to do so to this day. Imothep’s progeny are beautiful, well tempered and possess big movement through the hind end. He is a stallion who offers his best qualities to each and every foal. As a sport horse, Imothep has acquired several results at the National and International Grand Prix level throughout his career. In 2014 his greatest accomplishments included 3 Nations Cup events for Team Ireland at Aachen (4/0), Hickstead (0/0) and Dublin (4/0). That same year, under Irishman Darragh Kenny, the pair finished 12th of 153 horse/rider combinations at the 2014 World Equestrian Games in Normandy, France. Paired with Taizo Sugitani of Japan, Imothep competed in the 2016 Olympic Games as a member of the Japanese Team.

as being a modern type with good movement, and a compelling jumper with huge scope and beautiful conformation. Larimar’s sire, Lavall II, produced some very good competition horses, including Kassandra (Rolf Goran Bengtsson) and Suncal’s King (Joie Gatlin). The first foal crops of Larimar have revealed his great genetic potential as a progenitor of great performance horses. With the influence of successful Thoroughbreds evident in his sire and dam lines, Larimar contributes noteworthy speed and refinement to his offspring.

Dam Ma Cherie is the daughter of Calido I, one of today’s most important sires worldwide. His lineage includes Cor de la Bryere, Cottage Son, Ramzes and Anblick, all instrumental stallions in the development of the modern Holsteiner sporthorse. Calido I finished on top of the jumping rankings at his stallion performance test and went on to win more than 20 young horse classes over fences. His position as an influential sire is cemented in his progeny’s successes, which include the German championship 2006 and 2007 (Coupe de Coeur) and the Hong Kong Olympics (California, Kayak, and Nobless M), among many others.

Owner Comments: Wild Turkey Farm imported LaMarque in July of 2007. At the AHHA approvals in 2007 at Pollyrich Farms, LaMarque was approved with flying colors. He scored perfect 10s during his free jumping test (technique, scope and willingness). He scored 9s and 10s during the under saddle portion of his jumping test. La Marque shows willingness to work, is easy to work around and has wonderful ground manners.

LaMarque is by international Grand Prix jumper Lansing. As a five year old, Lansing won the 5 year-old Bundeschampionat (German National show jumping Championships). Lansing is by the legendary Landgraf I. Landgraf I excelled as a sire of show jumpers, such as Lalique (winner of the Aachen Grand Prix), Libero (winner of the 1994 Volvo World Cup), and nearly 60 colts by Landgraf I have been licensed in the Holsteiner studbook. LaMarque has Ladykiller xx bloodlines on both his sire side and his dam side. LaMarque’s dam, Goldkueste, is by Lord Calando. Lord Calando’s most famous son is Lux Z. Lord Calando is a son of Lord, one of the foundation sires of the Holstein breed with 62 approved sons. LaMarque’s great grand dam is Perra, the mother of Carthago Z as well as Lord Calando. LaMarque’s offspring are beginning to compete in the show ring: Corina WT was third at the 2015 West Coast Young Jumpers. He has produced several mare that are entered into the MMP or MMPS book of the AHHA. For more info on LaMarque and the other stallions of Wild Turkey Farm, please visit wildturkeyfarm.com

Owner Comments: This beautiful bay stallion, Limoncello II, is an all around producer.

His sire Lorentin competed at the Grand Prix dressage with Wolgang Schade and his mother line produced several Grand Prix jumping hoses. In Germany, Lorentin produced 17 horses that jumped at 1.40m or higher and 17 advanced level dressage horses. Limoncello II has already produced some international jumping horses: Vaira is a 1.50m jumper, Limoncello II is a 1.50m jumping horse, and Coco Colette is a 1.60m jumper. Limoncello II’s approved son Le Toquet comes from his first foal crop in 2005. His full brother, Limoncello I, produced in Germany two advanced level dressage horses. Half-brother to both Limoncello I and II is Lasino (by Landgraf I). Lasino had three offspring in the Olympics at Hong Kong: Le Beau was competing for Norway, Leconte for Australia, and Germany had Lord Luis as a reserve horse. Their half-sister Olivia II (By Lansing) produced the 1.50m Cordalis (by Corrado I); halfsister Ina II (by Barnaul xx) produced the 1.50m jumper Nina 328 (by Contender). Limoncello II’s mare line produced from granddam Svettana the jumper Zetta (by Calettto II), Bockman’s Looping (by Lasino), the 1.50m Cora Quick (By Quidam’s Rubin), the 1.60m Quitus (by Quinar), the 1.50m Costa del Sol (by Cassini I). CP Qualfied (by Quite Capitol) is a CCI**** eventing horse and was qualified for the WEG in Normandy, France, in 2014. From the stallion book of the Holsteiner Verband it states, “The last years have shown that today Ladykiller xx and Cottage Son xx have succeeded in establishing themselves over the generation. It is because of that remarkably good heritage that we have access to a stallion like Limoncello II. Limoncello II has a super jump AND is an outstanding mover. Limoncello II has an approved son Le Toquet.” Limoncello II was shown successfully under Janne Friedericke Meyer through 1.40m. He consistently produces premium youngsters -- Fendi WT was the highest scoring North American Bred Mare with a score of 53, and her full sister Halton was the highest scoring foal in 2015. Owner Comments: Liocalyon -- Performance -- This son of Liostro is beautiful, athletic,

and well mannered. His athletic ability and big heart led him to the winner’s circle many times. Liocalyon retired in 2006 after a long and prolific career. He didn’t miss a show season in 10 years of competition. He campaigned successfully at the 1.50m level in California, Oregon and Canada with Mandy Porter. Liocalyon was awarded in 2010 the USEF South Pacific award for the leading U.S. based sire of show jumpers. Liocalyon has three approved sons: Lillix WT, approved AHHA, Oldenburg GOV, and RPSI; Leapfrog WT, approved Oldenburg GOV; and Peterbilt, approved BWP elite stallion. Peterbilt was also the 2010 PCHA Horse of the YEar. Liocalyon has produced top mares -- Dragonfly WT, owned by Alexia Nestora, was the top bred AHHA mare for 2014 and Exclusive WT scored 52 bonits at the 2015 AHHA inspections and is the top bred AHHA mare for 2015. His most known offspring is Dunstan Delphi, out of the Thoroughbred mare Flower Power. Dunstan Delphi jumped at the 1.60m level with Katie McVean, placing 6th in the World Cup Final at Leipzig in 2011 and jumping clear rounds at the 2010 WEG. Liocalyon comes from a strong performance stamm 741. This stamm is known for the top producer Cardento (by Capitol I). Cardento has proven himself a sire at the highest level, winning a silver medal at the World and European Championships and the Olympics at Athens with Peter Eriksson. His sire Liostro (by Ladykiller xx) produced four advanced level dressage horses in Germany and 17 offspring who jumped 1.40m or higher.

Owner Comments: Lotus T is a substantial stallion of an excellent,

modern, leggy type with top-notch, elastic movement and outstanding jumping ability. He is approved Holsteiner, Belgian Warmblood and RPSI. He placed 3rd at the 100-day stallion testing in 2002 at the age of four - behind only two 7 year-old stallions. His total index is 110.23 with a jumping index of 119.52. He was awarded the highest scores on gaits by the ground jury. Lotus T is a very prepotent stallion: he passes on size, long legs, beautiful head and topline, his powerful rear end and his huge, elastic movement regardless of the mare. Lotus T’s international caliber gaits have wowed top dressage clinicians and his jumping ability is second to none. He has competed successfully up to the open jumper/mini prix level in the jumpers and at the regular working level in the hunter division. He has sired countless premium foals, mares and top-notch competitors in every discipline, including Coverboy, the Marshall-Sterling League National Champion in 2009 and Eau Claire, Premium Select mare, who was #4 in the Nation USDF Materiale in 2008. Other offspring are winners in YJC classes, JR/AO divisions and on the eventing circuit. He has also sired an extraordinary number of premium mares. 47

Owner Comments: Riverman’s movement, jumping style and scope, and his impressive type

have captivated breeders’ attention around the world and the results of his offspring speak highly for his influence. Based on the success of his offspring, Riverman has been named 3 times the USEF Eventing Sire of the Year and he was honored for 3 consecutive years with the South Pacific Award as the Top-Ranked US-based Show Jumping Sire by the USEF. The versatile athleticism that Riverman’s offspring so consistently display has translated into his offspring being successful at the upper levels in all disciplines. Each year we see numerous Riverman offspring competing at the FEI Levels in dressage. A pair of Riverman sons represented the US at the World Pairs Driving Championships twice. Riverman’s jumping ability transmits strongly and he has sired many Grand Prix jumpers and A-circuit hunters as well as Advanced Level eventers. Riverman’s sire Redfort was a Grand Prix dressage horse, but he was also the full brother to Ratina Z who was the 1992 Olympic Silver medalist in Show Jumping. This genetic versatility is futher highlighted by names further back in his pedigree such has Landgraf and Cor de la Bryere – talented show jumping sires that also appear in many dressage pedigrees. Riverman’s health and fertility remain strong as he ages, and he is available via both cooled and frozen semen.

AMERICAN HOLSTEINER HORSE ASSOCIATION: 2015 BREEDING RULES ARTICLE I – GENERAL POLICY 1.1. Breeding Standards The American Holsteiner Horse Association, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as AHHA) is committed to adhering as closely as possible to the selective breeding standards practiced since the 13th Century by the Holsteiner horse breeders of the province of Schleswig –Holstein, given obvious geographic and administrative differences. The AHHA recognizes the Verband der Züchter des Holsteiner Pferdes, Elmshorn, Germany (hereinafter referred to as Holsteiner Verband) as the ultimate authority on the Holsteiner bloodlines. 1.2. Breeding Goal Our goal is to produce a well-balanced, sturdy horse possessing Holsteiner blood. Ideally the horse should stand 16-17 hands and have round, generous strides and a natural, elastic movement. We seek to produce a bold horse of even, willing temperament that is physically and mentally able to perform at a level of excellence in the modern sporthorse disciplines. ARTICLE II – OFFICIAL BREEDING STOCK APPROVALS 2.1.

In order to achieve the stated Breeding Goal, the AHHA will conduct stallion and mare approvals once each year.

2.2.

For stallions being inspected by the AHHA Inspection Team, evaluation will be as described in Section 3.2.2. 2.2.2. Mares will be judged by an official Inspection Team. Presentation will be standing, at the walk and at the trot; all gaits will be observed at liberty. 2.2.3. Stallions and mares will be graded on a scale from 1 to 10 for each of the following: Beginning in 1999 1. type 2. topline 3. front legs 4. hind legs 5. walk 6. trot 7. canter Prior to 1999 1. type 2. topline 3. depth of body 4. front legs 5. hind legs 6. correctness of gaits 7. brilliance and impulsion 2.2.4. Traditional Holsteiner Verband standards and AHHA breeding goals will serve as the standard for grading. 2.2.5.

Stallions may be presented more than once.

2.2.6. Mares may be presented for boniting more than once without penalty. In cases where bonit scores improve, the new scores will be recorded and announced, and mares will be eligible for recognition. In cases where bonit scores remain the same or are lower, the scores will not be recorded or announced, and the mare will not be eligible for any recognition. 2.2.7.

The decision of the AHHA Inspection Team is final and may not be appealed.

2.2.8. Horses will not be inspected outside continental North America except by special application and AHHA Board of Directors’ approval. 54

In whatever manner possible, the immense experience and expertise of the Holsteiner Verband will be sought and welcomed in composing and /or training the official Inspection Team. 2.3.4. Membership of the AHHA Inspection Team will not necessarily be limited to AHHA members or to the breeders of Holsteiner horses. 2.3.5. AMERICAN HOLSTEINER HORSE ASSOCIATION: FAQ’S DOES MY MARE QUALIFY FOR THE AHHA STUDBOOKS? All Holsteiner-papered mares and many other warmblood mares from other breeds are eligible for studbook entry, as are papered Thoroughbred mares. If you are interested in breeding your mare to an AHHA stallion, contact the AHHA office to learn if your mare is eligible. DO I HAVE TO PRESENT MY MARE AT AN APPROVALS EVENT? In order to control the quality of mares entering the studbook, the mare must be presented to AHHA judges to be evaluated. We have an annual inspection tour in the early fall of each year with sites held around the country. Occasionally we will be conducting special mare approvals at HITS Thermal and other show locations for owners of performance mares interested in breeding their mares. MY OLD SHOW MARE LIMPS FROM HER YEARS OF COMPETITION. WILL THIS AFFECT THE POSSIBILITIES OF STUDBOOK ENTRY? Our judges understand that this might be the case and are able to look past these problems during their evaluations. It is advised to bring a competition record to their attention if your mare has one. DOES THE AHHA REGISTER EMBRYO TRANSFER FOALS? Yes, the AHHA will register foals produced by embryo transfer. This makes it very possible to produce foals from your actively showing mare. IF I USE FROZEN SEMEN FROM A EUROPE-BASED STALLION, WILL MY FOAL BE ELIGIBLE? To ensure the ability to register your foal, it is advised that you contact the office prior to using frozen semen to find out if the stallion is approved for breeding with the AHHA. AFTER THE BIRTH OF MY FOAL, HOW DO I COMPLETE THE REGISTRATION? The AHHA website has forms to download to commence the registration process. In order to verify pedigree, DNA samples in the form of tail or mane hair will need to be collected and included in the registration process. The AHHA office can walk you through the steps and ensure that you receive your paperwork in a timely manner. HOW DO I GET MY FOAL BRANDED? Brands are placed on a fully registered foal during the AHHA’s annual approvals tour or at special locations arranged through the office. Foals can be branded with or without approvals scores. I HAVE A HOLSTEINER STALLION. HOW CAN I ENTER HIM IN THE STUDBOOKS? The first step is to contact the office to learn about the steps involved. Your stallion will have to participate in an approvals event for stallions which includes judging for conformation, gaits, free jumping and a simple riding test. If your stallion has a show record, it should be included in your application. Once your stallion is approved with the AHHA, he will be listed in this roster each year of his activation and all the foals he produces will be eligible for registration with the AHHA.
